Story
We adopted Millie from a local shelter 2 1/2 years ago. She took a few months to adjust to her new home and was not eating and drinking much the first month because she does not do well with change. She will need a few months to get used to her new home and to start eating regularly again. Millie is about 5-7 years old according to dental records. She is very well house trained, crate trained, and only needs to be taken outside a couple times a day. She is very low maintenance, but can be destructive if not given enough attention. She doesn’t typically play with toys, just wants pets and back rubs. She will jump on counters to scrounge for food if left out, so be sure to keep your food put away. We are looking for a loving home, with NO kids unless they are older and can respect her boundaries. She is the most calm, loving dog and just needs a home that will give her the attention she needs! We are sad to see her go, but it’s for the best as we are too busy with 2 little ones!

Story
Bonnies a high energy outdoor dog. She goes straight out of her crate to the yard head down smelling and tracking. She loves to chase a tennis ball like most labs and Ive never seen such a fast dog. Shes sweet and very young still. She does well with people who aren't afraid of dogs. She can sit and follows you anywhere you go wanting to have fun. She can spring upwards of 5 feet. Unfortunately we have not been able to keep her interested all the time allowing for her to become bored. She chews anything that she can carry around. Shes 6 months old and with the winter now it’s become very difficult for her not to have the space to get her out. I think if you had the time and extra money for training she would be an amazing addition to your family.

Story
Meet Ginny, a sweet 5-year-old girl who has officially completed her heartworm treatment and is ready to find her forever family! Throughout her recovery, she has been soaking up all the love and attention in her foster home, and it’s clear how much she enjoys being around people. Ginny is gentle, laid-back, and impossible not to fall in love with—she’s the kind of dog who makes every day feel a little brighter. Ginny is amazing with kids and has lived with other dogs and cats, making her a truly adaptable companion. She has a soft spot for plush toys, and you’ll often find her happily snuggling with one (or trying to sneak it into your bed!). Despite her love of toys, she’s well-behaved, only begs a little, and enjoys quiet time as much as playtime. She’s house trained, crate trained, and a dream on car rides, making her an easy addition to almost any household. Ginny’s calm demeanor paired with her playful side makes her a perfect balance of sweet and fun—she’s just the kind of dog that makes you feel at home the moment she’s around. Ginny is currently living in her foster home, so scheduled appointments are needed to meet this lovable lady. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who will bring joy to your life every day, Ginny might just be the perfect match!
