Story
Marble and his mom, Jo, an American Bully, were left to fend for themselves. Grossly underweight, the two survived the Texas heat thanks to some good Samaritans who kept them fed and hydrated until help could arrive. Marble came to Flying B to get the extra attention he needed to grow healthy, confident, and comfortable around dogs other than Mom. And this little guy is THRIVING! Marble is a rough-and-tumble kind of puppy who throws himself into playtime with all the enthusiasm his little body can muster. He’s smart, too, quickly learning that jumping isn’t the way to get attention, but sitting pretty earns him all the pets he could ever want. And when playtime is over? Marble is all about one-on-one attention and settles right in for a serious cuddle session. This boy will grow into a stocky, solid, large-medium-sized guy with a big personality and an even bigger capacity for love. Marble has already proven he’s a survivor. Now he’s ready for a family who will help him keep growing, learning, and living his very best life. Ready for a meet and greet? We require a completed application prior to a meet and greet. We are not able to respond to all inquiries from this site. Our application can be found at www.flyingbrescue.org/adopt. Our application is thorough but there are no right or wrong answers - we just want to make sure you and the pet are the perfect match. Once we receive your application, we will schedule a phone interview. Our adoptions include a 2-week trial period with fully refundable adoption fees during that period. If you are located outside of Texas, we offer transportation services and have happy families as references. We value transparency, so don’t be afraid to ask us anything.

Story
This poor girl was taken in by a city animal control along with 3 others and put at a vet clinic till they could find somewhere for them to go but no one wanted them so the vet was going to euthanize them and I was able to get homes for 3 of them but no one wanted Callie because she was pregnant, I picked her up on a Friday and she had her pups that next morning 6 healthy babies. Callie needs a soft landing and lots of love she is a great dog.
