Story
Meet Max... Max is a sweet guy who loves humans, small and big. He's good with most dogs as well. Max enjoys nothing more than being around his people and snuggle up but he's also ready to go for car rides or enjoy outdoor activities with his family. He is house and kennel trained. While Max is good with most dogs we recommend female dogs. Max only issue is that he is food aggressive with other dogs (not with people) so he has to get fed in his kennel or in another room. This is something that's easy to manage. Max was abandoned together with 6 other dogs in an apartment in deplorable conditions. He was there for 3 weeks when we heard about it and rescued him and the others. So we can't blame him that he does not want to share his food. Other than that he's an absolutely great dog. I rescued Odin when he was 3 months old. He was born 1/11/2025, so about a year and a half old. I've taken good care of him, and kept him updated on shots along with flea/tick/heartworm prevention. He is a very energetic guy, kinda goofy, loves to play tug-of-war with ropes and fetch with his toys. He is good with children and other dogs, as he has been adequately socialized. He loves the dog park very much! I recently started new employment that requires me to be away from home for long hours, and I am relocating to a place where he is not permitted. He deserves a great family, or someone active, that could spend the time with him that I am unable to unfortunately. He is kennel trained, and a large kennel will be included with rehoming.

Her nose is her built-in GPS, and she loves following interesting scents wherever they lead. Whether she's exploring the backyard, enjoying a leisurely walk around the neighborhood, or investigating something new, Bonnie is happiest when she gets to use those hound instincts. Hoss is a 70lb Catahoula mix born in 2019, we think. Fully vetted, heart worm negative. Playful and loving with lots of enthusiasm. Hoss is treat motivated and been through training with Mark McKibben. Hoss is very active and needs a yard that he can burn off his excess energy.  Small children might get knocked over with Hoss' zest for life. He would not be best with other small animals. Story
Callie is 9 years old. She was my older brothers dog, she was definitely his baby. She was raised with a big orange tabby cat, but she was always the only dog. She loves going on walks or just being a couch potato. She doesn't really run much anymore as she has had surgery after a torn ACL and the other one tore not too long after. My older brother had to give her up because they had kids, and we all learned she does not like kids. It was one of the hardest decisions he has had to make, but decided it was better for her to go to our mom's house, than to keep her locked up in a different part of the house away from everyone. We have recently learned that she wants to be an only dog, as she has gone after my mom's small dogs a few times recently. We hate to see her leave the family, but we are out of options. She needs a good home with adults that don't have any kids younger than teenagers and no other dogs. She is a very smart and good dog, she is a happy singer when you come home.
