****Ginger Snap has been with us longer than we would like, so she has been added to our Lonely Hearts Club. Her adoption fee has been covered by a generous donor****Hello there! My name is Ginger Snap — and I’m the perfect blend of playful energy and sweet affection!I’m a spirited girl filled with joyful energy who loves to run and stretch my legs. Give me a fenced yard or some open space and I’ll show you my adorable deer-like leaps as I zoom around with pure happiness. I love exploring with my nose, taking in all the smells while also keeping an eye on the world around me. I have a playful spark that keeps life fun and active!But I have a soft, cuddly side too. I absolutely adore my people. I bond quickly and love being close, whether that means following you upstairs to keep you company, curling up in your lap, or drifting off to sleep while you hold me (I even snore a little!). I’m affectionate, attentive, and happiest when I’m sharing space with my humans. Did I mention I`m a leaner? I do lean in for pets.I’m also smart and curious. I enjoy toys — especially big stuffed ones — and can happily entertain myself with a Nylabone. I already know “sit” very well and am working on “down.” Car rides are still a work in progress, and I may need a little patience as I settle in and learn the routine. But I’m eager to learn, and through it all, I’m loving, gentle, and devoted to my people.Because I like to give my whole heart to my people, I would do best as the only pet in the home so I can soak up all the love and attention — and give it right back to you! Since I need space to run and stretch my long legs, I need a home with a fenced-in yard or large open space (no apartment life for me). If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with a playful spirit, a warm heart, and endless cuddles, I’m your girl.I can’t wait to meet you!Medical History: I appear to be a healthy adult, but it`s always a good idea to set up an appointment with your vet soon after adoption so we can meet each other!Home Needs: Single family home in a rural environment where she will be the only pet, preferably with either a fenced yard or a large property for her to run and enjoy the outdoors. We`re looking for a home with no young children under 7 years oldWeight: ~ 80lbsAdoption Fee: Covered by a generous donor
