Dolph is shy at first, but very sweet once he gets comfortable. He’s energetic and good with other dogs. I think he’d do best in a home with another dog his size he could play with. If interested please contact - Savanna Moore(931) 675-0515lollipop37335@yahoo.com

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. If you are interested in any of the FFOSK9 pups,  the first step is to fill out an application at  http://www.ffosk9resq.org/info/adoption . Kermit is a sweet loving guy that just wants to please his humans. He is good with the other dogs at the rescue. Sadly Kermit was adopted by an older couple and couldn't give him the kind of attention and exercise that a dog his age needs so he was returned to the rescue. It wasn't his fault, he just wanted someone that can play, run, hike and just have fun with. Kermit has been left in the house at night un-crated and does very well. He waits until morning to be let out to do his business. Kermit also loves car rides and rides quietly watching out the window. He would be a great companion for any active person or family.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes.  We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3  organization.  We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets. We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets.  All pets are completely vetted, up to date on all vaccines, and given rabies certificates.   April 20, 2024, 8:02 pm

Story
Meet Sage Girl, a 10-month-old mix of Pointer and Heeler! Sage is a bundle of joy whose playful spirit is sure to brighten your day. She is now 45 pounds but still has some filling in to do. Sage was found roaming the streets but luckily a Good Samaritan took her to safety. Her goofiness is infectious, leaving everyone she meets laughing at her funny antics. She's sweet too, always ready to give love and receive it in return. She wears a short brownish-black and white coat. Sage's youthful energy and playful nature make her the perfect companion for those who love an active lifestyle. Her sweet disposition makes her a great fit for families with other dogs. Adopt Sage and bring home not just a pet, but a loyal friend and a source of endless joy! Meet our “Stranger Things” litter! We have four boys; Harrington, Hopper, Wheeler and Sinclair. Then we have three girls; Robin, Chrissy and Eleven. These sweet 15 week old mixes of Pointer and Schnauzer weigh between 11-17 pounds and should mature to around 45 pounds. They each wear short coats and a few have scruff on their face!  Harrington is white and black while the other pups are black with a tiny bit of white and a chocolate tint to their back. They love playing with people, other dogs and even do well with the cats! These pups are the definition of happy and loving! Story
Gigi is a sweet girl looking for her forever family. Being curious and observant, she enjoys exploring her surroundings. Gigi is a high energy dog whose favorite activity is playing "soccer." She also loves playing with toys of all kinds and chewing on sticks. Gigi gets along well with other dogs and would prefer a doggie friend to keep her company. After running and playing in the backyard, she enjoys snoozing in the sunshine or curling up on the couch for a nap. She is house-trained, sleeps in a crate night, and is learning to walk on a leash. Gigi would love an active family to teach her commands, play with her, and take her on outdoor adventures. Another one of Gigi's adorable habits is that she loves to carry her blankets around with her everywhere she goes, it's precious!
