Story
Hello, we got Dixie from one of my wife's coworkers. Dixie was abandoned and found in an empty lot and taken in. She is a very mellow dog, loves to lounge and is perfect for a slower pace of life. She can get out there and run around, but she would much prefer to lay on her bed while you watch movies or hang out. I would say that she is very low needs, we give her rawhide to chew on and random treats, she has a few plush chew toys, but ultimately she will choose to sleep on her bed! Unfortunately our daughters allergies are not abating and the dog hair and dander are creating some problems. Other than that, Dixie sleeps through the night, doesn't dig, won't chew things up and just wants to be pet and hang out with people. She would be a good fit with a family, with other dogs, and with any homebodies too!She loves going for walks and won't chase after other animals. She is always eager to meet other dogs and gets along great with them.
