Dove is one of the sweetest souls you will ever have the pleasure of loving. This beauty is 2-3 years old. She is a pointer lab dalmation mix and weighs 56 lbs. A true bringer of Peace and Harmony – Dove is a people lover with a calm energy and the sweetest face you can imagine. Her eyes are those of an old soul and with one look she will melt your heart. For a girl with only 3 legs, she can move with the best of them, but she’s just as happy to be curled up on the porch or lying out in the sunshine. Dove LOVES people, is great with kids and loves getting all the pats and attention. Her tail will immediately let you know how happy she is to see you when walk into a room with her. Dove is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We require adopters to have a safe and secure backyard - not electric or Fido fences as they are not as safe at containing dogs or keeping other animals or people out. For these reasons we do not adopt to homes with electric or Fido fencing. The adoption fee is $500, which includes age appropriate vaccines, microchip, monthly flea, tick and heart worm preventatives at time of adoption and age appropriate spay/neuter.

DIAMOND IN THE RUFF: Arlo is a gorgeous boy with so much love to give. He found his way to ARF after being abandoned on a rural road in Texas alongside his puppies. While Arlo’s past is unclear, we know he’s been through a lot. Arlo is very fearful and slow to trust. It will take him some time and a lot of treats (especially string cheese!) for him to learn new people are safe. Special care and management must be taken with Arlo in his new home. Once Arlo trusts you, he is an absolute love bug! He loves to lay on your lap, snuggle, and overall be your best friend. He absolutely loves attention—when someone calls him a “good boy,” his ears perk up and he lights up with the biggest smile. This sweet boy just needs someone to take a chance on him. AMBER IS IN HER FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO CT ONCE ADOPTED! Hi I’m Amber. I am a spunky little pup that has a personality larger than life. I get so excited I just can’t contain it. I am 8 months old and weigh about 35 pounds. I bark and wiggle around and do a lot of jumping. Love to play with other pups and love to snuggle and get all the love. I am learning manners and how to be house broken. Being young it is a bit tricky but I am trying. If you try to clean I will help by standing in your way looking all kinds of cute. I have a slow feeder because I eat too fast, don’t want it to just disappear. I have a cute tail wag when you tell me I did something good. I can ride in the car well but just enjoy being around other pups and my human. I would love a home to call my own with a soft bed and toys, and plenty of treats please. She is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all puppy vaccinations. Her adoption fee of $600 includes the transport to CT. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Amber up north to her new family. She's not just a dog; she's a testament to resilience and trust. Her journey started in a loud shelter, where she was a new mother to a litter of 8 precious puppies. Eleanor's protective instincts ran deep, making it challenging for her to trust humans. This situation put her and her little ones at risk of euthanasia. But then, a ray of hope shone through when Eleanor found her way to St. Francis Farm. Over time, in the safe and loving environment of the farm, she has made incredible strides in opening up and learning to trust our dedicated staff. Once she feels comfortable, Eleanor transforms into a total mush! It does still take a little time forher to warm up to new faces. We are looking for someone that would be comfortable coming to the farm and getting to know this precious girl.
