Meet Trenton! This good boy is the whole package! He is a mixed breed, best guess English pointer/boxer mix, and no one breed is evident. He is 2-year-old medium sized (55 pound) love bug who is gentle and adores kids. He is house trained. It does not appear he has been taught basic commands, but he should be a quick learner as he learned the doggy door ropes in a single day. The crate is not his favorite. He will go in when bribed with delicious treats and sleep quietly through the night. He mimics the vibe of the house by playing when we are active and snuggling on couch when we are quiet. He also gets along with other dogs, playing or backing off at the appropriate times. As he has settled into his foster home, he has started wrestling with the alpha dog of the house. Trenton deserves someone who will shower him with attention, car rides and rounds of fetch. He is everyone’s best friend, can he be yours? Trenton is neutered and up to date on all vaccines, flea and heartworm medication.

I am around 5 months and very much a lively playful pup ready to explore...everywhere! I do great with people and the other foster pups here and of course playing with my siblings is the next best thing to milkbones. I would do fabulous with a playful 'sibling' or getting all the attention as your one and only! I come in at around 30lbs and will be a pawsome medium size of around 40-45lbs when I get myself fully growed up. What a great size for me to go on all our action packed adventures! Want to go on a stroll? Let me get my leash. Want to go hiking? Oh my, I'm for that! Want to go camping? Heck, I don't mind sleeping on the ground if you don't. Want to go down to the river? Don't worry if you forgot the swimsuits, I'll go skinny dipping!!! Want to go to the park? You better hurry, I'm already in the car waiting!! I'm ready to give it a whirl with whatever you want to try out!!! With daily exercise and playtime in, I should do great in town with a yard, out in the country or anywhere in between. I'm like that last jigsaw piece, the piece that will complete the puzzle we call life! Are you missing a piece to the puzzle of your life? Onyx is the perfect dog! Come visit me today!! We want to find him a home that has more time to fit his athletic needs. He is a great guard dog as I am hearing impaired and helps me out a lot! LUCKILY, the fates (and some awesome rescue folks) aligned and saved me from certain death and brought me to a safe place where I can find a REAL family and a REAL home.
