ENOCH is a a Pointer/ Beagle mix. He has a somewhat stubbed tail. 4 yearsvold and 46 lbs. A nice medium size fellow. He loves naps and explorin. He is good with the other dogs in his foster home. Crate, leash, house trained. He was found as a stray in Carroll County, TN. He is a very sweet & loving dog. Fully vetted including neuter, vaccinations, 4dx heartworm test and is heartworm clear, getting preventatives monthly. ENOCH is currently located in West Port, (West) TN. Zoey can be a little timid upon meeting new people but will warm up quickly especially if treats are involved. One of Zoey's favorite things to do is lay on her window seat while soaking up the sun rays or just watching for anything interesting. When she isn't busy keeping an eye out, she loves her cuddle time bonding with her person. She is crate trained, housebroken and knows to sit for treats. COPPER'S STORY: Cooper is currently 2.5 years old and 60lbs. He was found abandoned and skinny on the side of the road, with a scar on his neck from an embedded collar. While it appears Cooper hasn't had the best life, you would never know it from his appreciative nature and friendly disposition! Cooper loves to "hug" his people for affection, and is a very cuddly dog. He has a bunch of energy and would make a fantastic companion for an active owner. Cooper would be best as an only dog for now until he has time to decompress into a home. Cooper loves people but since he is so energetic, older or considerate kids would be a better fit for this sweet boy. He is also house trained, and very well crate trained- He doesn’t make a PEEP! This gorgeous hound has been with us for quite some time. He does not "show" well, because once he is comfortable in an environment and knows it as his home, he can be defensive and protective when meeting new people/strangers. Once he knows and trusts you (which doesn't take long at all), he is such terrific dog! He's not destructive, he's housetrained, affectionate, happy, and playful. He loves to lay in the sun and loves being outdoors. He generally does well with other dogs, but does NOT share food or toys well, so that must be monitored. He just needs an special owner who understands how to introduce him to new people and lead him properly.

We can only save them when space is available or have an adopter. Meet ELSIE is a sweet black and white lab/pointer mix pup who landed in the shelter with her littermates: Harry, Linda, and Malvin. Their humans let them down 💔. She’s around 4 months old, she is a playful girl, loves playing with her toys and she has unlimited love to give, she would love a home of her own!!
