Story
Meet Cow A Bunga (Ralphie)Male Pointer / Hound MixDOB: 10/16/21Sex: MaleADOPTION FEE: $100.00Available Now**Would prefer a one dog only home**Ralphie Cow A Bunga was adopted from us as a pup on Christmas Day in 2021. Since then his Mama had some difficult life changes and ended up moving back home with her parents where 3 other dogs already resided and were not too happy to welcome Ralphie to their pack. So at no fault of his own Ralphie was returned to us. He is just as sweet and loving as he was before and maybe even more so. He loves riding in the car, going to the dog park, playing fetch and swimming. Walking and getting down to doing business his is specialty. Ralph can travel and spend time in a hotel or hanging out at a camp site. He is crate trained! All and all, he is a happy boy who loves to keep the party goin, but ready to take a nap when cuddles are needed.Original Info:These super loving pups were found in a box on the side of the road! There is no telling their exact breeds but Pointer and Hound & Lab traits are primary, Maybe some American Bulldog or Mastiff in the mix.All our adoptable animals are spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, UTD on age appropriate Vaccines & started on Flea Preventatives. Felines are also FIV/FELK tested. Story
Hello, my name is Lola! I am an English Pointer born 7/18/22. I came to Richardson rescue because my owner died and there was no one to take care of me and my siblings.  I am lovable and want to learn to live with my forever pack. I do need a little work  walking on a leash, and house manners, but I am smart and eager to learn. It is unknown if I have ever lived in a home with a family before, but that is my dream. I will be affectionate and loyal in return, if only someone would give me a chance. I enjoy doggy ice cream, playing with chew toys, and playing with my sister. I get along well with the dogs here at the rescue. I can run like the breeze! I have been brought up to date on all vaccines and medical, Spayed Micro chipped.  If you could please go to Richardsonrescue.org and fill out an adoption application, it would be wonderful  to find someone to love me.        - Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 13, 2024, 1:51 pm

Story
Hello, my name is Leo!  My birthday is 6/18/22. I am an  English Pointer. I came to Richardson rescue because my owner died and there was no one to take care of me and my siblings. I need help with general training and house manners as I probably have not lived inside yet. I am working on leash training. I have unusual and very handsome markings and am an affectionate boy that likes to play with my brother. I take treats gently and am learning to play with toys. I am up to date on all vaccines, dewormed, neutered, Microchipped, and ready to learn and be in my new home. If you could please go to Richardsonrescue. org and fill out an adoption application, I promise with a little love and stability I would make you proud to be my parents.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 13, 2024, 1:51 pm

Story
Hey there! My name is Copper, and I'm ready to share my story with you. I'm a 2 and a half-year-old English Pointer / English Foxhound mix, weighing in at a solid 65 pounds. Let me tell you a bit about what makes me who I am! First off, I'm a friendly and playful guy with lots of energy to spare. I love making new friends, especially other dogs-I'm great at playgroups here at the shelter! I'm also pretty tolerant of cats, so if you have feline friends at home, I think we could get along just fine. I consider myself a smart boy. I pick up on things quickly and love using my brain to solve puzzles and learn new tricks. Keeping my mind active is just as important as keeping my body busy! I would be the perfect match for an active family who loves to hike or play sports. I have lots of energy to burn and would thrive with a family who enjoys outdoor adventures. If you're interested in meeting me, please submit your adoption application online first. This helps the shelter make sure that we're a good match and sets us up for success when we finally meet face to face. And don't forget-when you adopt from us, you're bringing home a pet who's spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. It's all part of our commitment to keeping us healthy and safe. If you're looking for a friendly, energetic, and intelligent companion to join your family, I might just be the dog for you. Let's embark on this adventure together! Let's be BFFs! Filling out an application is super duper easy and it puts you at no obligation to adopt if we aren't the perfect match. You can use this quick and easy link to meet me soon: https://foothillshumanesociety.org/adopt/adoption-application/
