Story
Meet Willow! She is approx. 10 months old and 25lbs! She is already spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to find her forever home! We believe Willow had a bone infection when she was younger, but she has completely recovered now. Her leg is slightly shorter than the others due to the infection, but she doesn't let that stop her from fully enjoying life! Notes from the foster: Willow is dog selective and does better with more relaxed dogs because she is a very chill dog herself. She is very much a lap dog and can be left out while I'm at work without being destructive! She is house trained as well and loves to ride in the car, especially if we are going to get a puppuccino! **CURRENTLY IN A FOSTER HOME** If you are interested in meeting with or adopting Willow, please submit an adoption application at https://foothillshumanesociety.org/adopt/adoption-application/ and our adoption coordinator will reach out to you for a possible appointment!

Story
Meet Oak! Oak is a year old, 35lb Pointer mix. Oak has been going to training classes during his time here and has already grown so much. He knows basic commands and enjoys playing and learning with other dogs. He likes to stay close by his person and always knows where you are. Sometimes when you think, "where did he go" you feel a wet nose on your hand for a brief second. His way of saying "I'm right here, silly!" Best Qualities: When asked by the staff what his best qualities are they said he's gentle, a great listener, very smart and easily trainable. His perfect day: To wake up in a safe environment, he can be fearful with new people and places. Then go on a nice long walk, where he doesn't pull on the leash and watches you almost the whole time with his big beautiful eyes. After his walk he'd probably want to nap in a comfy, cozy little spot, maybe curled up to his favorite human or doggie brother or sister. Fun Fact: Oak has siblings here! Two brothers, Spruce and Linden and a sister, Willow. Oak would thrive in a home with a family that can be patient with him and help him gain confidence. He can be a little dog selective because of his shyness so if you're interested and have pets already Oak would want to have a doggy meet and greet first, then once he felt comfortable, he could play all day! If you're interested in meeting with or adopting Oak, please submit an adoption application at https://foothillshumanesociety.org/adopt/adoption-application/ and our adoption coordinator will reach out to you for a possible appointment!

Meet Cow Abunga (Blue Cdollar)DOB: 10/16/21Sex: MaleBreed: Pointer / Hound MixWeight: 56lbADOPTION FEE: $100.00Available NowRalphie Cow A Bunga was adopted from us as a pup on Christmas Day in 2021. Since then his Mama had some difficult life changes and ended up moving back home with her parents where 3 other dogs already resided and were not too happy to welcome Ralphie to their pack. So at no fault of his own Ralphie was returned to us. He is just as sweet and loving as he was before and maybe even more so. He loves riding in the car, going to the dog park, playing fetch and swimming. Walking and getting down to doing business his is specialty. Ralph can travel and spend time in a hotel or hanging out at a camp site. He is crate trained! All and all, he is a happy boy who loves to keep the party goin, but ready to take a nap when cuddles are needed.Original Info:These super loving pups were found in a box on the side of the road!
