Story
Meet Skylie! She: • Is a female Pointer/Cattle Dog mix • Is 10 months old • Weighs 34 pounds, and has a little more growing to do • Is good with other dogs • Is crate trained • Walks nicely in a harness • Appears to be potty trained • Rides well in the car, but learning to load up • Is high energy About: Little angel Skylie has such a pure heart, we think she fell from the sky! Make no mistake however, Skylie is quite the goofball too. She is such a ball to be around because of her enthusiasm for her toys, eagerness to please, and smiley attitude. Skylie just wants to make friends with everyone and quick to show her amiable char-acter through submissiveness. This one’s truly a lover, not a fight-er! Skylie will do great in a family with other dogs and will be a hearty sibling. Don’t be a stranger, because Skylie already wants to be your loyal and lovely family pup! Skylie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Story
Meet Zane! The first ever Pointer type dog at Love-A-Bull! We think he threw his best looks when they determined his breed as a pit bull type dog, but he has grown into a beautiful Pointer mix! Zane had a rough start to life, but you would never know it from his personality! This sweet, young guy is full of wiggles and love! Zane loves to cuddle and play with human and doggy companions. He makes a great running partner and is getting lots of practice at his current foster home! Zane loves other dogs of all shapes and sizes and has lived with kids! With his easy going and sweet disposition, Zane would truly make a great addition to any family. Zane has met cats and is curious and wants to play with them, although respects their signals to leave them alone!Zane is about 2 years old and 55lbs!If you are interested in meeting him, please fill out our adoption application here: https://love-a-bull.org/adopt/adoption-application/

Story
"I love this girl! She will make you smile every day with her silly faces and antics. My hope for her is to find a home where she can enjoy the outdoors (and maybe chirp at a few squirrel friends)." -- Laryssa (Foster Mom) Oprah is the sassiest little girl that will snuggle next to you on the sofa, snooze at your feet while you work, chase squirrels in the yard, bring you toys for tug, and hike quiet trails. Loves: Chasing squirrels (a love-hate relationship), snuggling, playing tug, sleeping close, chewing on antlers, and going for walks. Smarts: Sit, down, place, wait for meals, housetrained, crate trained, leave it, and wait for invitations onto furniture (most of the time). Dog & Cat Siblings: Given she prefers her humans over dogs, she would be happy to be your only pup. She can be sassy and loud when first meeting new dogs, so a new fur sibling would need to roll with a bossy lady during their first intro. She has lived with a cat or two, so she would just need a slow intro to a new kitty sibling. New Family: They should be patient, low-key, and willing to go slow. It can take her time to trust, but you'll know you're a friend when she puts her head on your lap and her paw in your hand. She is wary of strangers so she would do best with adult parents and older teens. A home with a yard where she can sunbathe and chase critters would be perfect. Or she would enjoy an apartment where she can go for walks during low-squirrel-sighting times. ;) If a car ride to get a puppuccino or to find a quiet place for a walk is your thing, she'll nestle herself perfectly between the seats! Story
If you opened up the dog dictionary and looked next to "fetch-pert" (fetch expert), you'd find a picture of Cash's smiling face! He's a pro at bringing back anything you toss and kindly dropping it in your lap, and he'll even bring you his leash when it's time for a walk. Cash's friend Rebecca calls him a "sweet, cuddly boy who will make someone very happy." In his pervious foster home, Cash was living with a dog who's about his age and size. They would go on outdoor adventures together. He enjoyed the walks and his leash skills are improving! Cash's favorite activities include tug of war and soccer! In his last foster home he could roll and romp around with his foster dog sibling. He would prefer to be in a home that is kitty-free. Cash is also content to enjoy a calm night at home on the couch snuggled up with his humans watching a movie. This loving boy is crate- and house-trained. Cash loves learning new things, so he's excited to start training to be your new best friend. Come meet this lovable boy!
