Ernest Hemingway (Extra Toes, Extra Love)'s Story # Meet Ernest Hemingway the blue-eyed gentleman with extra toes and an extra-soft heart. This stunning Siamese polydactyl boy showed up in one of our community cat colonies, painfully thin and clearly out of place. We don't know how he ended up trying to survive on the streets, but we do know one thing: the moment he came indoors, it was obvious that's exactly where he belonged. Like many cats who've had to fend for themselves, Ernest can be a little shy at first and may get startled by unfamiliar people or sudden movements. But once he realizes he's safe, it's like watching an entirely different cat emerge. His foster describes him as the sweetest little gentleman. Every morning he'll come over to greet you with happy little chirps, head bumps, and gentle rubs against your legs. Once you've earned his trust, he'll happily curl up in your lap, soak up forehead kisses (and sometimes even give kisses back!), and reward you with the loudest purrs and an endless batch of fresh biscuits. When he's not busy being a cuddle bug, Ernest is surprisingly playful. He can entertain himself for hours chasing catnip toys or feather wands, happily zooming around the house before curling up in his favorite cave bed or on the softest blanket he can find. And if Churu is involved? Prepare to be amazed—he'll stand on his back legs and wrap his little paws around your arm to politely ask for another squeeze. Ernest is an incredibly gentle and submissive cat. He absolutely loves kittens and enjoys the company of sweet, friendly female cats or easygoing companions who are kind to him. Larger, more dominant cats can intimidate him, so he'll do best as an only cat or with feline friends who will help him build confidence rather than bully him. With proper introductions, he truly enjoys having feline friends. What makes Ernest so special isn't just his striking blue eyes or his adorable extra toes—it's the way he blossoms once he feels safe. Watching his walls come down and seeing him transform into a confident, affectionate, playful little love bug is one of the most rewarding things about knowing him. Ernest is just a little baby at heart. All he's looking for is someone who will make him feel safe, loved, and understood. Meet Peach, the delightful kitten who embodies all the sweetness her name suggests plus she is a polydactyl!! This little one is a bundle of joy with her playfulness and curious nature. Independent yet friendly, Peach loves exploring and getting into whatever the other kittens are up to. She also enjoys cuddling up when it's time to rest. Gentle and sweet, she's perfect for anyone looking for a loving companion for you or your cat(s) who brings both energy and calm to your home. Peach would love to have a friend to share everything with. All of our adorable Coco's kitties are spayed or neutered, microchipped, FeLV/FIV combo tested, up-to-date on shots and have received dewormer and flea treatment. All they need now is a FOREVER home. Our kitty team will review your application and will reach out to you shortly. Please be patient as we are 100% volunteer based. To ensure a smooth application process, please answer all questions in full with as much detail as possible to avoid delays in your application review. Please note that we adopt our Coco's kitties to families that reside within a 60 mile radius of Peachtree City, GA. Very young kittens must be adopted in pairs or have a young furry playmate waiting for them at home. We will require a vet check and that all of your existing pets are up to date on shots & annual vet exams and we also may require a home check. Once your application is APPROVED, we will schedule meet and greets at Petco in Peachtree City, where we hold adoptions from 11-3pm on Saturdays. Please note that we will not let kitties go home on adoption days without an application and check of the above, so please fill out and submit your applications as quickly as possible for us to have the week to review prior to adoption day on Saturday. Leo was rescued as a kitten on west midtown. It’s unknown what happened to his mother and he was the only kitten that didn’t run away when approached. He is a very sweet boy and will follow you around for cuddle or pats. He loves his sister, Prissy and it is essential they are adopted together. He has been living with a large breed dog the last 4 years and mostly just stays away from him. No health issues

Meet BIG SWEET FOZZY BEAR! - HE IS THE SWEETEST BEST CAT EVER! Loves his cat friends, loves being NEAR YOU! Talkative! Happy! Hair is growing OUT from a Shave to remove mats.  ENDEARING; LOVES all CATS/People! LOVES attention; Playful; Vocal with funny TRILLs; Like having a dog; Does not bite; Good in litterbox! Fozzy Glow-Up (aka formerly “Fozzy Bear-ly Hanging On”) spent about a year out on his own in Suwanee, surviving on grit, questionable snacks, and pure determination. He has endured a lot of hardship. Regardless, he is a SWEET Purring laid-back relaxed cat. Kind people fed him in the neighborhood. It was a tough are and they saw him SUFFER with cat fights, limping, with infections. When he showed up, he was a 10-lb dark tabby boy wrapped in tight mats, dirt, and fleas, scratching his skin raw for relief—basically wearing a full-body sweater he never asked for! Fast forward to today: Shaved down lion cut, and feeling 100 percent! Fozzy has fully entered his main character era. And let’s be clear—underneath all that mess was a beautiful cat...total sweetheart just waiting to shine. SO calm and friendly.  LOVES everyone!  Personality? 10/10. Social ✔️ Grateful ✔️ (like, suspiciously grateful) Ready to be your best buddy ✔️ Probably still wondering why indoor life includes unlimited snacks ✔️ Despite everything he’s been through—skin irritation, an old healed injury, and life on the streets—Fozzy chose love.
