All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Puppies adopted under the age of five months require a spay/neuter contract, and all dogs are required to be spayed by six months unless otherwise medically noted. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update. You can complete an application or view all the adoptable pets on our website at www.dallasdog.org/adopt. Upon receiving your application, please allow us 2-3 business days to review and process.

Meet Eevee ✨ Eevee came to us alongside her sisters, Holley and Ella, when their owner’s declining health made it impossible for her to continue caring for them. While it’s been a big transition, Eevee has handled it with quiet grace and a whole lot of heart. At 7 years old, Eevee is the perfect mix of calm, loving, and still full of life. She’s dog-friendly, people-friendly, and fully believes that belly rubs should be a daily requirement (we agree). She’s settling beautifully into her foster home and even catching on to the doggie door like a pro. Eevee isn’t looking back—she’s ready for a fresh start filled with love, cozy spots, and a family to call her own. If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing companion who will happily soak up affection and give it right back, Eevee is your girl 💛

The standard minimum donation for puppies is $325 + 8.25% tax = $351.81, for dogs over 12 months the adoption fee is $225 + 8.25% tax = $243.66 and for our senior dogs 8 years and up is $100 + 8.25% tax = $108.25; this increase includes sales tax recently required by the State of Texas to collect.
