Meet Coco -- a tiny pup with a big, spirited personality! She's full of spunk and absolutely adores attention. If you haven't noticed her yet, don't worry... she'll do her adorable little spin and twist to make sure you do. Coco is a cuddle bug at heart and feels safest snuggled under a soft blanket or throw. She enjoys going on walks and loves soaking up the sunshine on a beautiful day. She knows how to sit (though her excitement sometimes gets the best of her!), and she is spayed, potty trained, and kennel trained. Coco does well in the home but has plenty of energy and can get a bit bored if left alone for long stretches. She's 7 years old, 9 lbs, fully vaccinated and spayed She's wonderful with children and gets along great with cats and dogs, making her a loving and lively companion for the right home. The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $300.00 and that includes their vaccinations, spay or neuter, rabies and microchip. To start the process please visit our website and fill out the adoption application (www.dfwrescueme.org) and from there the foster family can answer any questions and arrange a time to meet. Meet Bunny and look at her precious ears! Bunny is a sweet Chihuahua mix, appropriately 2 years old, around 12 pounds, housebroken and crate trained. Bunny is good with other dogs, loves people and is kid friendly (middle school age children and older please). Sweet Bunny loves to go on walks, play with her toys, chase squirrels in the backyard and snuggle up to rest for her next playful adventure. Bunny is as sweet as they come and loves her people. Sadly, Bunny is heartworm positive and will need to be spayed. She will begin her heartworm treatments in November and once the vet gives the okay she will be spayed. But no need to worry because DFW Rescue Me covers those costs at our local vet. But in the meantime, if you're interested in this precious girl, please complete an application at dfwrescueme.org.
