MEET AND GREET APPOINTMENTS SET UP WITH PRE-APPROVED APPLICATION ONLY
Daisy is a sweet older gal who is ready to find her forever home. She’s a certified food enthusiast—let’s just say the 3-second rule doesn’t apply in Daisy’s house! If it drops, it’s hers. But Daisy isn’t just about treats (though they are high on her list). She’s also a total lovebug who adores belly rubs, ear scratches, snuggles, and kisses. She’s incredibly well-mannered in the home—fully house-trained, non-destructive, and an all-around easy roommate. Daisy is smart, eager to please. While she may be a little cautious around new people at first, she warms up quickly.
Daisy prefers the company of humans over other pets and would do best as the only dog in the home. She’s not aggressive, but she makes it politely clear to other pups that she values her personal space. She also has a keen eye for squirrels and rabbits and won’t hesitate to give chase, so a home without small pets like gerbils or rabbits is best.
Health-wise, Daisy has a slight limp in her back left leg that’s noticeable when she runs, but she gets around just fine and stays comfortable with the help of a daily joint supplement. She also takes a low-dose, low-cost medication to manage mild local seizures. She has not had a seizure since she has been on the medication.
If you’re looking for a loving, low-key best friend who will greet you with tail wags and gentle affection (and help clean up any kitchen spills), Daisy might just be your perfect match.
If you would like to meet Daisy, the first step in the process is to complete an application. Please go to roadtrip4paws.com and click on the Adopt tab to find a link to our online application.
