Tom’s life didn’t start out like a cartoon comedy — it started with uncertainty, survival, and learning how to trust. Despite everything he’s been through, Tom is a gentle, loving soul who just wants what every dog deserves: safety, comfort, and someone to call his own. Tom is the quieter half of the duo. He’s observant, thoughtful, and happiest when he’s close to his people. Once he trusts you, he leans in hard — for affection, reassurance, and love. He enjoys soft beds, calm environments, and knowing he’s finally safe. He does well with other dogs, especially his buddy Jerry(who’s already been adopted), but Tom would also thrive as a cherished solo pup soaking up one-on-one attention. He’s learning what it means to be a pet — not just a survivor — and he’s doing amazing. Tom isn’t looking for perfection. He’s looking for patience, kindness, and a family who understands that the best dogs are often the ones who’ve had to overcome the most. This is Rocco. He is a very loving and happy puppy. He’s about to be 1 years old but I have only had him about 3 months. I am a full time barber and he needs lots of love and attention that I physically cannot give to him. My Boston terrier is a couch potato and practically pays bills so she’s a little easier. He just needs a good family that will give him all the attention that I wish I could.
