Meet Cowboy – From Heartbreak to Hope! Cowboy's story is one of unimaginable hardship, incredible resilience, and the healing power of love. This precious 4-year-old Pomeranian/Poodle mix came to Wilton Animal Rescue after enduring what veterinarians believed to be severe abuse and neglect. When Cowboy was discovered, he was in heartbreaking condition. He had suffered serious head injuries, including a fractured skull, was unable to walk, and had lost his vision. His little body was weak, dehydrated, and covered in fleas and ticks. Thankfully, a concerned neighbor heard Cowboy's cries for help and set in motion the chain of kindness that would ultimately save his life. Cowboy was rushed to an emergency veterinary hospital, where he received intensive treatment for his injuries, dangerous dehydration, and other medical complications. His condition was critical, and his future uncertain. But this brave little guy wasn't ready to give up. With dedicated veterinary care, the support of generous donors, and the unwavering commitment of Wilton Animal Rescue, Cowboy slowly began showing signs of improvement. At first, he spent most of his days sleeping, occasionally gathering enough strength to get up and follow his caregivers. Every small step forward was a victory. Then came the moment everyone had been hoping for — Cowboy was welcomed into a loving foster home! Thanks to two wonderful foster volunteers, Lisa and Sue, Cowboy finally began experiencing the kindness and comfort every dog deserves. Before long, his tail was wagging, he was meeting new little friends, and he was discovering what it meant to feel safe and loved. From a frightened, injured little dog fighting for his life to a cherished companion with a wagging tail, Cowboy has already come an extraordinary distance. Now, this special boy is looking for the next chapter in his remarkable journey — a forever home where he will be treasured, protected, and loved unconditionally. Cowboy has already experienced more hardship than any dog should ever know. What he deserves now is a lifetime of gentle hands, warm beds, patient understanding, and the security of knowing he will never be abandoned again. Cowboy's past may have been heartbreaking, but his future can be beautiful. Could you be the one to give this little survivor the happy ending he deserves?  ##2868178##

Meet Brutus & Graham – A Bonded Pair Looking for Their Forever Home! These darling brothers, Brutus and Graham, are searching for a loving family willing to open their hearts to both of them. At just 2 years old and weighing about 15 pounds each, we believe these handsome boys are Pomeranian /Spaniel mixes. Although they share a special bond, their personalities are a little different. Graham is the more adventurous and curious of the two, while Brutus is a gentle, shy boy who takes a little time to trust. With patience, kindness, and love, Brutus blossoms into a devoted companion. The boys seem to be housetrained but may need reinforcement, they should do very well when kept on a consistent schedule. They are also learning to walk on a leash and will benefit from continued practice and positive encouragement. Brutus and Graham are scheduled to be neutered, but they are available to meet their forever family now. They are vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to begin the next chapter of their lives with people who will cherish them. If you're looking for twice the love, twice the smiles, and two loyal best friends, Brutus and Graham are waiting to meet you. Give these sweet brothers the happy ending they deserve! I got her at 6 weeks old I now have a four year old with health problems and we live in a home where pets are not allowed. I just do not have the time and energy for pets and when we moved here the land lord said no pets.

Leah is the happiest puppy you will meet! She is a bouncy, black 7-month-old teacup Pomeranian with AKC registration available. She weighs just over two pounds and gets along with everyone, including other pets. At 7 months old, she's unlikely to grow much more, so a home with few pets is preferred. Unfortunately I am looking to rehome her due to no fault of her own. She belonged to my father who suddenly passed away from cancer, and I had originally hoped to keep her. Now I'm going through a separation, and I cannot afford to keep three pets. I want nothing more than for this girl to receive all the love she deserves. She loves playing fetch, running around the backyard, and going to work with me. She is potty trained and loves receiving attention from everyone she meets! My father originally paid over $5k for her (happy to provide documentation), but I am willing to rehome her for less to a quality home. Little Leah will come to her new home with food, toys, and other equipment.
