** Bonded with Nebbercracker **I’m Constance, a precious, tiny tot Pomeranian who is ready for a fresh start after a bit of a rough journey.My previous owner brought me and my brother, Nebbercracker, to the Humane Society of York County after falling on hard times and not being able to care for us. We’re a bonded pair who rely on each other and need to find a home together! I’m a small package, under 10 pounds, and my estimated birth date is October 2017.While my buddy Nebber is bigger than me, I want to be clear that I run the show! I have a personality more than twice my size and my humans at the rescue say that I’m flat out adorable.We came to HSYC needing some TLC. We’ve gotten the love and care we needed and are ready for a forever home!Because we’re semi-seniors, any adopter age 65 or over qualifies for a discount on adoption costs with the Seniors for Seniors program.I may be a senior, but I have a whole lot of pep in my step. I love going for my daily walks (especially when I walk with Nebber), and I do well on leash.
