Lavender is a beautiful 8 year old Pom. She was surrendered to us with 18 other dogs from a breeder. Lavendar is about 9.5 pounds. She is spayed,up to date on shots and microchipped. She just had a dental but is heartworm positivie. We have treated her with Proheart 12. In 6 mos she will need to have another HW test at a Camo vet and anohter Proheart 12 is she is positive (Camo will pay for it at a Camo vet).
