Story
With a heavy heart, I’ve made the difficult decision to find a new home for my sweet girl, Tater. My schedule has changed, and I’m no longer able to give her the time, attention, and activity she deserves. This decision was not made lightly—she is deeply loved, and finding the right home is my top priority. Tater is a 1.5-year-old Red Merle Pomsky, weighing 12–13 pounds. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and has no known medical issues. She is kennel trained, potty pad trained (if needed), uses a doggy door, and knows sit, down, and off. She’s very smart, affectionate, and high-energy, and would do best with an active family. Tater is great with kids and other dogs. She does have a strong prey drive, so a home without cats or other small animals would be best. She will come with kennels, toys, food, leashes, harnesses, bowls, a dog car seat, and grooming supplies. Please message me if you’d like to know more about Tater.

Story
Meet Athena! She is the sweetest baby. She is great with dogs, cats, and kids. I've had her since she was 10 weeks old. I was diagnosed with cancer a month after getting her. After multiple surgeries and treatments, my prior bad health has declined even more. I kept her through it all planning to train her and be able to be active with her afterwards. I was not aware just how bad I would decline afterwards. I love her so much!! I am not able to take her for walks, play with her outside, or stay dedicated to training her which breaks my heart for her. Because of this she is only partially potty trained. She isn't a "yapper" she only barks when she's wrestling with other dogs. She loves playing with other dogs but prefers to get the attention, so she would do best either as the only dog but have "friends" to play with or live with other dogs that aren't jealous for attention. She is 8.4lbs but has the heart of a husky. She loves spending time outside and LOVES the snow.

Gator was surrendered due to change in the family circumstances. He is such a well behaved and friendly guy. He loves humans! He isn't sure around toddlers so kiddos over 5 please! He has done well with the dogs in his foster home. He is potty and kennel trained although the kennel isn't required after settling in. He grew up on a farm and protected the yard from squirrels and raccoons, so we are also looking for a home with no small animals! Zena is a 40 lb husky mix. We think shes about 5 or 6 now. She's gorgeous and SO sweet once you are in her circle. She had a bit of trauma when her owner was arrested and she found herself and her dog roommate at the local pound. The shelter staff adopted her "sister" but she still needed saving. She is so incredibly loyal and funny.   She just wants to stay home, in her yard or neighborhood, with her person. Kids, new places, and too much going on make this girl anxious, so she really needs a quiet home as an only pet.    She loves leash walks and car rides. She loves to play fetch with her foster mom and is so cute to watch her play with her stuffed/squeaky toys. Story
Chili is estimated to be about 2 years old. Her DNA test is in her pictures!  Chili has come a long way, she has learned how to relax inside and outside the home, she has been muzzle, leash, e collar and crate trained. Her foster has been working hard to teach her everything she can!    Chili uses the door bell or barks at night if she needs to go out. She doesn't love the kennel, so we have a heavy duty kennel that she's in during the day when I am out of the house. She's gradually getting more used to it, but will still avoid coming inside if she knows she is going in the kennel.   In the beginning we started playing one on one with the other dogs with a muzzle on and leashed so when she got overstimulated we could separate. The thing is she was so excited to be around the other dogs she would get so excited for the muzzle! Gradually we did more and more. Now she is integrated with everyone, but she does have guarding behaviors, so we are working on "making good decisions."   Chili would do fine as an only dog with walks, or with experienced dog parents who are willing to slowly integrate (she took a full month to feel comfortable here).
