I’ve never met a cat so couldn’t tell you about them. I still have puppy energy so I like to play and chew on my toys. I also love relaxing with my foster parents and getting belly rubs and cuddles. My foster mom is working with me on potty training and my fear of the dog door. I need time and patience as it’s new to me, but I know I’ll get there. Ruben is a happy, quiet, and easy-going guy. He’s super friendly, obedient, well-mannered, and a total love bug. He loves playing outdoors with his friends, romping around with his toys, and is just as content curling up in a nice, warm lap for snuggles. Ruben knows some basic commands such as come sit, off and leave it. Ruben will require a home with a fenced in yard as he has a precious welcome home song and dance and when he is excited. It is absolutely hilarious but much like music the song may not be liked by all lol. He stops quickly enough. He is crate trained, potty trained, great with kids and all dogs. He should do well with cats with a proper introduction. This is Sebastian, a pug mix that has decided he doesn't like me very much but absolutely loves the girls that volunteer here at the rescue. We have had him for a couple of weeks now and the only reason I haven't posted him online yet is that he won't let me get close enough to take a decent picture of him.
