Story
I got Denny as a puppy for my mom when I was moving out of town for college 9 years ago. I was her only child so me moving out was going to be a big adjustment for her and she had always wanted a dog ever since she was a little girl. The person I got Denny from told me he was a purebred pug but when he grew out of his puppy years, it's clear hes got a bit of something else in there. He's an energetic boy, always eager to play and loves going on walks and runs. My mom ending up passing away last summer and Denny has been staying at my place. Between my busy schecdule of working the night shift at a hospital, being enrolled full time in school, and my roommate being allergic I am in need of a new home for Denny.

Story
We adopted Captain Marvel from a shelter when she was around 6 months old. She is now around 1 years old. She is a fantastic puppy: bright, playful, and loving. She loves being with people, treats, and playing games. Her favorite is when we place treats around the room. She has to sit and wait until we are done hiding the treats before we let her seek them out. She's such a good girl with this game. She loves her deer antlers and rope toys. She loves walks, but she's not a great leash walker yet. We have an outdoor cat that Marvel is curious about and tries to play with but the cat is uninterested. While playing recently, she began to limp. After a visit with the vet, we learned she has a medial patellar luxation in one knee that requires surgery. Unfortunately, we are not in a place to be able to put our money toward the surgery. We hope to find a loving home for her that can provide this for this sweet girl.
