Once adopted, our pets can be transported to Denver, Colorado, the Midwest and all of the north eastern states. 4. We have a Facebook page and an Instagram page. You are welcome to visit to see some of our newly adoptive families. 5. We have been rescuing and transporting pets for 15 years. 6. Our pets do not travel until they have been adopted. We do not have holding facilities in other parts of the United States for meet and greet purposes.

Are you the type of person that likes to give sweet older pups a chance they might otherwise not get? Sweetie loves attention and will happily help you out by guarding the door of the bathroom from the inside. However, she can also be quite the independent little lady and doesn’t need to be a velcro dog… unless you want her to be! Sweetie can be a little bossy with her dog friends (part of why we think she’s mixed with chihuahua!) but generally gets along well with everyone. Sweetie is a beauty but would benefit from a little tough love when it comes to feeding and giving out treats and a little more activity in her day. A physically fenced yard is required. Sweetie is available for adoption in Ohio to residents of Ohio. I am a loving, friendly and happy guy who gets along with other dogs, but not so much cats as I like to chase them. Children have been a stressor for me in the past, so a home without children would be best for me. I am house trained and crate trained too. My favorite treats are freeze dried tripe from that Hollywood Feed Store and I have a Moose stuffed toy I enjoy. In my daily life, I like to lounge on the couch, explore the yard and take walks. I can be an escape artist, so supervised playtime in the yard is a good idea. My foster mom says I am pretty quiet for a beagle. I am gentle and polite with all my doggy friends and I really love to cuddle with my humans. I cannot wait to find a family all my own who will provide me all the love and attention I deserve! To help me find the perfect match, I’m eligible for Cause for Canines’ Trial Adoption Program! This gives approved adopters a chance to get to know me in their home before making things official. Little body with a big personality. Dolly is a sweet girl who likes to play and cuddle with her people. Shes smart and likes to do tricks but she also has selective hearing. She is a great dog ! We are heart broken to have to come to this decision because she is a great dog, but for her benefit and our cats, we need to re-home her. She wants to be friends with the cat so bad…… the cat however, cannot stand her. We adopted dolly when she was 9 weeks old, she is 8 months now and a good little dog, but we are busier and busier each month with school, a new job and a longer commute. I have less support than I had thought and she has some separation anxiety. She does well with other dogs and kids but would do better with older kids. She is skittish and vocal about her dislike of men, well most men. She takes longer to warm up to them than anyone else. She has been crate trained since we brought her home and does very well at night. Less so during the day.
