Curly is an adorable 8-year-old, 17-pound Pug/Chihuahua mix (Chug) who joined us after his owner moved into a nursing home. He’s a true love bug who always wears a cheerful grin. Despite his recent challenges, Curly remains a “happy-go-lucky” little fellow, with a tail that never stops wagging. His delightful personality brings joy to any space, making him the life of the party. During his vet exam, Curly earned a Gold Star! His check-up included blood analysis, a microchip, and his core vaccinations are all up to date. His teeth are in excellent condition, and he was neutered shortly after his arrival. Curly would make a wonderful addition to any family, especially one with a secure, fenced-in yard. He gets along well with other dogs and cats and wouldn’t mind having a canine companion. Say hello to TESS! Tess is such a doll you can’t help but smile to look at that face and those teeth. This love bug came into the rescue from a hoarder situation. Tess is fully vetted, spayed and 2 to 3 years old. She is in a wonderful foster home with some of her friends from her old place and with a couple of her foster mom’s dogs and doing just wonderful. This sweet loving pup needs a home to call her own that is not overwhelmed and over crowded with other dogs. Such situations lack the time and attention every dog deserves. Tess is going to make an awesome companion for any family. Especially little dog loving families. She is dang near perfect. Personality: Tess is goofy, energetic, and playful! She loves to snuggle up on the end of the couch for long naps. She is soooooo ready to be your new best friend and would love a home where she can grow to be a wonderful life long family friend. Once adopted Tess will travel via the Rescue Transport to her new family. They travel each weekend from Memphis, Tennessee to the northeast, delivering pups along the way as far north as West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Transport is an additional $185. What an adorable little firecracker !! FULL of personality and afraid of nothing! She is confident, curious, LOVES the water and her baby pool. Often times she's the only one willing to get in. Oofie lives to be with other dogs and especially adores her humans. She is literally always happy! You cannot rain on her parade! She is kennel trained and almost house trained! She is a joy to have as part of our foster family. LAMAREY is with me in my home in Memphis, Tn. Once adopted , she will travel via Rescue Vet Transport to her new forever family. Once an application has been submitted and approved , I would be happy to speak with you and tell you all of the wonderful things about her ! You will find our volunteer team to be very responsive so please refrain from submitting an application until you are ready to welcome a new forever family member.
