With his adorable “wall-eyes” and playful spirit, this little guy has a look that’s completely his own… and we think it only makes him that much more irresistible. Surrendered simply for looking a little different, Booker hasn’t let that dim his sparkle one bit. He’s full of happiness, curiosity, and that classic puppy energy that turns every moment into a game. You’ll often find him bouncing around the play yard, chasing anything that moves—balls, leaves, butterflies—if it catches his eye, he’s off on a joyful mission. His enthusiasm for life is contagious, and it’s impossible not to smile when you’re around him. Booker has so much love and happiness stored up, just waiting for someone to share it with. He’s ready to fill a home with laughter, playfulness, and the kind of joy only a puppy like him can bring. 📍 Available for adoption at our Dogsville location in Humansville, MO 🖱 Apply to adopt at www.nmdr.org (select Missouri) ------ Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog’s individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly.
