Boba is a happy go lucky fellow. A real character, full of surprises and fun. He has been known to open doors and jump baby gates to gett where he wants to go. You will love his smooshie face and curly q tail. Boba traveled all the way from Bexar, Texas and is anxious to start his new life in the midwest. He gets along with most dogs, but has had issues with some and he's not afraid to show his dislike. For that reason, he needs a home where any other dogs would be laid back and not trying to show their dominance. Boba is 90 percent house trained and is crate trained as well. He loves to cuddle on the couch and give kisses. If you would like to meet this sweet little boy, pleas submit an application on our website, canaananimalsanctuary.org. We will then contact you to schedule a meet and greet. Boba is utd on vaccines, neutered, HW tested (-), flea treated and microchipped.

PLEASE HELP! We adopted Marvel from a shelter when she was around 6 months old. She is now a little over 1 years old. She is a fantastic puppy: bright, playful, and loving. She loves being with people, treats, and playing games. Her favorite is when we place treats around the room. She has to sit and wait until we are done hiding the treats before we let her seek them out. She's such a good girl with this game. She loves her deer antlers and rope toys. She loves walks, but she's not a great leash walker yet. Recently, she began to limp intermittently. After a visit with the vet, we learned she has a medial patellar luxation in one knee that will require surgery. Unfortunately, we are not in a financial place to be able to put our money toward the surgery. We hope to find a loving home for her that can provide this for this sweet girl. Please consider her! We don't want to put her in a shelter and hate the idea of that for her.

Give this guy a mud puddle to flop down in and he’s living his best life.Leroy is an older boy with a stubborn streak and plenty of personality to match. He’ll need a family that can set clear boundaries, especially when it comes to sneaking human food or handling his collar, which makes him uncomfortable. Because of this, we’re looking for a home with older teens or adults only.Despite his quirks, Leroy has a big fan club among our volunteers. He’s the kind of dog who forms strong bonds with his people and just needs someone patient, confident, and just as headstrong as he is to help him work through his food aggression and collar sensitivity.The good news? Leroy is open to meeting other dogs and even passed his cat test here at the pound!If you think you might be the right match for this muddy, bullheaded sweetheart, please stop by and spend some time with him. We’re more than happy to let you visit with Leroy as many times as it takes.
