Boba is a happy go lucky fellow. A real character, full of surprises and fun. He has been known to open doors and jump baby gates to gett where he wants to go. You will love his smooshie face and curly q tail. Boba traveled all the way from Bexar, Texas and is anxious to start his new life in the midwest. He gets along with most dogs, but has had issues with some and he's not afraid to show his dislike. For that reason, he needs a home where any other dogs would be laid back and not trying to show their dominance. Boba is 90 percent house trained and is crate trained as well. He loves to cuddle on the couch and give kisses. If you would like to meet this sweet little boy, pleas submit an application on our website, canaananimalsanctuary.org. PLEASE HELP! We adopted Marvel from a shelter when she was around 6 months old. She is now a little over 1 years old. She is a fantastic puppy: bright, playful, and loving. She loves being with people, treats, and playing games. Her favorite is when we place treats around the room. She has to sit and wait until we are done hiding the treats before we let her seek them out. She's such a good girl with this game. She loves her deer antlers and rope toys. She loves walks, but she's not a great leash walker yet. Recently, she began to limp intermittently. After a visit with the vet, we learned she has a medial patellar luxation in one knee that will require surgery. Unfortunately, we are not in a financial place to be able to put our money toward the surgery. We hope to find a loving home for her that can provide this for this sweet girl. Please consider her! We don't want to put her in a shelter and hate the idea of that for her.

DOB: 1/18/2026 Hi there, I’m Peanut!  I’m a Chihuahua mix puppy and pretty much everything in the world is brand new and exciting to me. I’ve got a whole lot of energy packed into my little body and I love to run and play and explore. But here’s my secret. When the playing is done, all I really want to do is climb into your lap and snuggle up close. I’m a serious cuddle bug. I follow my foster mom everywhere she goes. Kitchen, couch, you name it, I’m right behind her like a tiny shadow. And when it’s mealtime I sit and wait so patiently because I already know good things come to puppies who are sweet. I get along with just about everybody. The kittens, the older cats, the big dogs, I love them all and I just want to be friends. I think the world is a wonderful place full of people and animals to love. I also love going to new places and seeing new things. Adventure is my middle name. I’m doing really well with my crate training and my potty training too. I’m even learning to ring a little bell when I need to go outside, and I’d love a person who keeps helping me get really good at it. At the end of the day I curl up with my foster family and my foster sibling and I feel so safe and happy. That’s all I want for the rest of my life. Someone to love, a warm spot to snuggle into, and a few new adventures along the way. Doug is you typical goofy, playful frenchie, except that he is blind. He developed SARDS a couple years ago and lost his sight. He has adjusted very well to his condition. He loves to play with the other dogs in his foster home, he is house broken & crate trained, he goes on walks. Obviously there are some adjustments that will be needed in his new home. Moving furniture will cause him to bump into things initially. Stairs should be blocked so he doesn't fall down them. He seems to be able to distinguish light and dark differences in the environment helping him navigate. There's good information available on line to help give these guys a safe happy home. For a chihuahua this little guy is a really nice dog. Had a small stubborn streak but overall loves everyone, listens, playful, cuddles, prefers a pee pad inside to going outside but is catching on to it.
