Dasher is a low rider and around 41 lbs--he is short but mighty. We were told he is not a fan of kids by the family that found him. SO we suggest a home without children. It is unknown how he is with cats. He has a chronic issue with his leg and will likely, at some point, need to be on meds for arthritis. Based on what our vet told us he was likely injured and the injury healed on it's own with out medical intervention. (he ran for nearly a month before he landed at the finders home so it is unknown what may have happened in that time frame)--we suspect he may have been struck by a car or possibly kicked by a horse. He limps on occasion and it should be monitored as he ages. ***it took the finder several days to get him to warm up to them before they called us. He does like to go for walks, and can be playful. He is neutered, vaccinated, wormed, tested negative for heartworm, and is microchipped. Dasher likes some dogs but can be selective, so a meet and greet is necessary and must be scheduled in advance. He would likely do well in a low key quiet home----although he is still active. Maple is an almost two and a half year old Beabull. She is super goofy, curious, and loves meeting new people! We recently had our 4th child and we are unable to give Maple the attention she deserves. Unfortunately, we also haven’t been able to give her enough exercise like taking her on walks or letting her run around outside. As a result she can get pretty hyper and with a newborn that isn’t ideal. She has never shown aggression or anything though, just very energetic!This has been a difficult decision for our family but we feel it's best for Maple to find a home where she can get more attention and the exercise she needs.

Carly and her sister were dumped from a car in the front yard of a nice family who kept them safe until a rescue volunteer could pick them up. In spite of this unfortunate event, Carly is a happy little girl. She likes to climb up into her foster mom’s lap and give lots of puppy kisses! She is a bundle of energy, but is sometimes a little shy. She loves to run and play with her sister and the other dogs in her foster home. She is still a little intimidated by the bigger dogs, but is warming up to them. She is just learning about toys. She is working on potty training and basic commands, and does well in a crate overnight.
