Story
My name is Bowie. Yes, that Bowie. No, I don't have a band… yet. What I do have is a face that belongs on magazine covers, a personality larger than my little Frenchie body, and enough charm to convince you that your spot on the couch was actually reserved for me all along.
I'm a 1 year old, 28 lb. French Bulldog with a passion for two things: adventure and attention. If you're heading somewhere fun, I would like to be included. Hiking, walking, exploring, road trips, coffee runs, trips to the mailbox that somehow turn into neighborhood expeditions, I'm your guy. Life is too short to stay home when there are things to see and smells to investigate.
When the adventure is over, I'm ready to collect my payment in cuddles. I absolutely love people and enjoy being close to my family. If you're looking for a dog who wants to be involved in your daily activities, I have already submitted my application and accepted the position.
I do well with other dogs. My new canine friends need to know to respect my space when I need it. Think of me as the guy who enjoys the party but doesn't want someone standing three inches from his face the entire time.
Cats are still a mystery to me. I've never had a formal introduction, but the nice people here can cat test me if needed.
As for kids, I'd do best with children over the age of 5 who understand that sometimes a handsome Frenchie needs a little personal space. Respect my boundaries and I'll happily be your best friend.
