Story
Once known as Aries, this courageous little guy came to us with a significant injury, in need of compassion, expert care, and a fresh start. Thanks to dedicated medical treatment and an abundance of love, he has made an incredible recovery. Today, he’s healthy, happy, and ready to begin his next chapter with a forever family to call his own. Now answering to the name Trip, this resilient one-year-old Cavapoo refuses to let his past define him. He’s full of life, affection, and nonstop tail wags, ready to “trip” his way straight into your heart. Because an old injury wasn’t properly treated before his rescue, his front left leg had to be amputated, but don’t tell Trip he’s missing anything! He’s thriving on three legs and has adjusted beautifully to his new normal. He zips around with confidence, plays with his toys like it’s his full-time job, and embraces life with joyful determination. Trip has soft reddish-blond curls that they’ll require regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best. In his foster home, Trip does well with other dogs. However, he would prefer not to share his favorite humans or his treasured toys and would thrive in a home that understands his desire for a little personal space when it comes to the things he loves most. He has also done wonderfully with older, respectful children who understand how to interact gently and kindly. A true cuddle bug at heart, Trip simply wants to be close to his people. His sweet, devoted personality shines through in everything he does, and he’s more than ready to bring love, loyalty, and plenty of happy moments to his forever home. He is: • ✨ Neutered • 💉 Up to date on all vaccinations • 📍 Microchipped • 🐾 Adapting incredibly well as a tripod This brave boy doesn’t need sympathy, he just needs a family who will love him as much as he will love them. He’s ready to bring joy, laughter, and a whole lot of snuggles into a forever home. If you’re looking for a devoted, playful, and inspiring companion, this special guy is ready to hop right into your heart. Trip is currently being fostered in Dauphin County. Interested adopters must visit his foster home twice. The first visit is a meet and greet with all the members of the household, including the existing dogs. If approved the second visit is to take him home. www.zoeshouserescue.com Kennel license: 9117 PO box 2372 Reading, PA 19608

Story
If you’ve ever wanted your own little shadow, Juniper “Junie” is ready to apply for the job!🐾 This 3-year-old, 20-pound mini poodle has perfected the art of loyal companionship. Junie is the definition of man’s best friend — her favorite human is her foster dad, and she happily follows him from room to room just to make sure he doesn’t get into any mischief without her supervision. Junie is mostly a laid-back girl who loves lounging nearby while her people go about their day. Think of her as your soft, curly coworker who prefers meetings on the couch. Every now and then she’ll surprise you with a little burst of playful energy before returning to her favorite hobby: relaxing close to her humans. She gets along well with her foster dog siblings and would do great joining a home with other pups, but she’d also be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as your one and only. Junie is crate trained, enjoys car rides, and does well with potty when taken out on a consistent schedule. She’s also fully ready for her forever home—spayed, up to date on vaccines and preventatives, and freshly polished with a recent dental cleaning. Junie is being fostered in Berks County, Reading PA which will require potential adopters to travel to her twice - once for a meet and greet and a 2nd time for adoption. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal sidekick who will happily keep you company wherever life takes you, Junie might just be your perfect match. 💛 Kennel #9117 Reading PA

Story
Are you looking for some more love in your life? Look no ‘moe’! Moe is an 8-month-old cockapoo who can’t wait to be your shadow! A silly, affectionate, and playful puppy, he loves playing with his toys, cuddling with his foster mama, and going for walks to sniff around the neighborhood. Moe has been friendly with other dogs he’s met on walks, and enjoys playing with his foster sister. He would thrive as a companion to a young, playful dog, or as a cherished only pup. Because he has done so well with his leash training, he does NOT require a fenced-in backyard. Although initially a bit skittish and unsure, he has made fast progress while in his foster home and his foster mom refers to him as her ‘shadow.’ He is working on his crate training, and will sleep all night quietly in his crate, as long as it is next to his mom’s side of the bed. During the day he is usually quiet in his crate, but will sometimes complain a bit. His adoptive family should be committed to continuing his crate training, or be able to provide him with a puppy-proofed room where he can be left alone. Moe enjoys playing with the children in his foster home, but he has a clear preference for his mom, he is a ‘Velcro’ dog. Any children in the home should be old enough to understand that he can still be a little skittish, and be patient with him as he adjusts in the transition to his adoptive home. He is only 11 pounds, so children will also need to keep his small size in mind when playing. As a young puppy, Moe will need continued training to grow into a confident, obedient adult. He currently knows ‘touch’ and ‘come,’ and is working on ‘sit.’ He is doing very well with his house training, and is kept on a schedule at his foster home, since he does not yet know how to ’ask’ to go out. He is a puppy, and some regression would be expected when he transitions to his forever home. Moe is being fostered in Wyomissing, Pa. Potential adopters will need to be willing to travel to this area for a meet and greet. All residential dogs will also need to come to this meet. Moe is up to date on his vaccines and preventatives and has been microchipped and neutered. If you’re interested in being Moe’s forever family, please apply today @ www.zoeshouserescue.com!
