Meet Goldie! 💛 Goldie is a 5-year-old, 40-pound mini Goldendoodle with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s a sweet, happy, high-energy girl who lives for pets and has a special talent for stealing every chew toy in sight. Her favorite game? Grabbing your stuff and daring you to chase her for it! Goldie absolutely adores kids and gets along great with other dogs her size. In her foster home, she happily shares life with three foster fur brothers (two Huskies and a Cavalier) and two human sisters ages 3 and 8. Because she’s such an energetic pup, Goldie would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where she can burn off her energy, or with an active person or family committed to giving her regular exercise and playtime. She’s done wonderfully with potty training and crate training. Her crate is her safe space, and when she’s ready to relax, she’ll happily put herself to bed. Goldie also walks nicely on a leash, is gaining confidence going up and down stairs, and enjoys car rides. Goldie is a fun-loving, affectionate girl ready to bring joy, laughs, and lots of tail wags to her forever home. If you think she would make the perfect addition to your family, apply today!!! www.zoeshouserescue.com Goldie is being fostered in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Potential adopters will need to be willing to travel to this area for a meet and greet. All residential dogs will also need to come to this meet. Say hello to this 4 year old boy who is now completely retired from the puppy farm and is waiting to start his new life with his forever family. His name is Romeo, he is a 16 pound mini poodle with long legs that make him look like a baby deer and oh so handsome 😍 His white stripes on his face and paws make him so perfect like a painted portrait. Romeo is still learning what affection and love mean. He gets so excited to see his people but still can be scared at times with new faces. He loves respectful children, does well with cats. He gets along well with all dogs but can also be the only boy. He does not like the crate, and would prefer someone who is home more often than not so he can cuddle 🥰 He is learning to walk on a leash but a fenced yard is best for him. He does scare easily outside especially with new noise. He loves to be next to you on couch and sleeps well all night long on the bed. He is working on his bathroom etiquette, and does wear a belly band when his people are out of house. He loves rides in the car and sits like a gentleman. He is neutered and up to date with all his vaccines. He is a poodle and will require regular grooming to maintain his curly coat. All adopters must be willing to travel for a meet and greet with family and any other pets. Romeo is fostered in Scranton. Apply for this handsome boy at www.zoeshouserescue.com Zoe’s House Rescue. Story
Clara is a beautiful 3-year-old mini Bernedoodle who has retired from the life as a commercial breeder. She is just beginning to learn what it means to feel safe and loved. She is incredibly sweet, docile, and gentle, but also very shy and fearful due to her past. She will need an experienced, patient dog owner who understands that trust takes time. Her journey will be a slow, steady process, and she needs a home that is fully committed to her—one that will never give up on her, even on the hard days. About Her: 🐶 3-year-old mini Bernedoodle 🏡 Potty trained and crate trained 🦮 Walks well on a leash 🐾 Does well with other dogs and cats 💕 Sweet, quiet, and submissive What She Needs: A calm, stable home A patient and understanding adopter experienced with fearful dogs A women-only household, or at minimum a female primary caregiver A low-pressure environment where she can build confidence at her own pace She is very hesitant with the world around her, startles easily, and is especially fearful of men. Because of this, she would thrive best in a home where a woman is her main caregiver and where expectations are gentle and realistic. With time, consistency, and kindness, she will slowly come out of her shell. Beneath her timid exterior is a loving soul just waiting for someone to show her that she is finally safe. If you have the heart, patience, and experience to help this special girl blossom, she will reward you with quiet devotion and trust that is truly earned. Story
Meet Sunshine. Sunshine came to us from a commercial breeding kennel. We estimate her to be about 7 years old. She is very petite at just over 6 lbs. Sunshine is a little bit shy but does warm up quickly. She gets along well with other dogs and really likes to be with Stewie who is another poodle she was surrendered with. Sunshine will need work on housebreaking, her foster does use puppy pads and does have a fenced-in yard which helps with her going potty outside. Sunshine is now spayed, had a dental cleaning, is up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention. Sunshine will need a calm and patient home that is willing to work on housebreaking. She will do best with another friendly small dog for her to snuggle with. Her adoption fee is $350.00. Story
Meet Stewie. Stewie came to us from a commercial breeding facility. He is a little shy but will bond with his person. He definitely will do best in a home with another friendly small dog for him to bond with. He does prefer female dogs for snuggling. We were told that Stewie is about 2-3 years old. We estimate his date of birth to be around January of 2023. He is very small at just under 7 lbs. Stewie will need s calm patient home that can work on housebreaking and give him lots of love. Since Stewie is not comfortable walking on a leash,  a fenced in yard maybe best unless you have the time to teach him to walk on a leash. His foster does have a fenced-in yard. Stewie is now neutered, had a dental cleaning, is up to date with vaccines and microchipped. He tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $400.00. If you are interested in adopting Stewie,  please visit our website www.lharinc.org go to Adopt and complete the dog adoption application. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hello, My Name is Oreo Kisses, (and yes, I love to give lots of kisses) I am a 8-year-old Male, Mini Poodle weighing in at 16.22 lbs. I came into rescue due to an ER visit of bloody diarrhea, and my mom couldn’t afford the bill to get my evaluation, since she had just gone thru some life changes. So the ER vet contacted PLPR and now I'm living my best life with my foster family. Grooming for me should be about every 6 to 8 weeks. I am fully vaccinated and bloodwork, fecal, accuplex checked with all looking good. The rescue had me neutered and took care of my dental issues too! I am crate trained, house trained, leash trained, and love to go on car rides. I love other dogs, even medium sized ones. I love to sleep on the couch snuggled next to you or on your lap and even in the human bed if you will let me. I am sometime timid if you raise your voice which my previous owner did mention was due to an abusive situation she was in. Oh and I love toys too! Won't you be my forever friend!?! To adopt Oreo Kisses, please complete an adoption application at peacelovepoms.rescuegroups.org. The $350 adoption donation ($350 for senior citizens 65+) includes core vaccines (Rabies, Parvo/Distemper, and Bordatella), Accuplex (Heart worm and Lyme test), fecal, microchip, bloodwork, neuter, dental, and all the love you can handle! Story
My name is Winter, aka Winnie, aka Win-win and I am the cutest little 4-year-old, 10 lb. Bichon. I was rescued from a commercial breeder and I love that my new life includes a home with lots of dog beds. I LOVE my own space to lie down, my foster mom has a bed for me in every room, and I prefer to watch family life from the safety and comfort of my own personal space. I am so small that I even like to curl up on a couch pillow. I would do best in a calm home with people who patiently respect the fact that I am learning how to be a dog. I would be ok without kids or with kids over the age of 8ish who will understand that even though I look like a stuffed animal, I do NOT like to be picked up and held. I could be your one and only true love or I would be happy to live with another furry friend who is relaxed and who will respect my small size and chill nature. I live with 2 big dogs now and I do like to cuddle up with them and follow them outside, but I am happy just to relax next to my favorite humans. I am an escape artist and I figured out how to wiggle under my fenced in yard so my foster parents had to secure the fence to keep me safe. I would do well with a fenced in yard, with a fence that goes right to the ground. I was spayed and I am UTD on vaccinations and microchipped. I had an Xray of my right hip which showed some degenerative changes, but I don't appear to be in any discomfort. I will need to be on joint supplementation for the rest of my life, but I take medication without a problem when it's tucked into some soft food. I also had to have a few teeth pulled, but my foster mom says that I look like an adorable first grader, missing my front teeth. Potty training is a work in progress, if I am taken out at regular intervals, I am ok, I do get a little confused at night about waiting until the morning, but I am working on that. Regression is normal in new environments. If you are looking for a loyal companion and the cutest little button of a dog, I am your girl. I am being fostered in Western Berks County, PA. www.zoeshouserescue.com Zoe’s House Rescue Kennel License 9117 Sinking Spring, PA 19608

Story
Meet Libby! 🐾 Libby is a 4 year old maybe Cavapoo. That is what we were told, but honestly we are not entirely sure what this girl is, just that she is CUTE, spunky, and full of personality. Libby is learning what it means to be a loved, spoiled (and mannered!) dog. Libby is housebroken as long as she is taken out regularly and is crate trained. She will sometimes go into her crate on her own and does well being crated when left alone. She may occasionally cry for a short time but settles well overall. This girl has lots of energy and would thrive in a home with another playful dog who can match her enthusiasm. She loves having a canine buddy and would be most secure and happiest with a fenced in yard where she can run, play, and burn off her zoomies. Libby is sweet and affectionate with her people, but she is also very curious. She has a habit of counter surfing and grabbing things, so her future family must be very careful and consistent about keeping items picked up to keep her safe. She is already improving with structure and supervision. Libby has been good, though a little curious with cats. She is also great with young kids and does well with them. Libby would do best with an adopter who understands her energy level, is committed to continued training, and can provide both structure and playtime. In return, you will get a funny, loving pup with a big personality who is impossible not to fall for. If you are looking for a playful companion who brings equal parts sweetness and silliness, Libby might just be your girl 🐶💛 Apply at www.zoeshouserescue.com Kennel license 9117 Reading PA 19608
