MEET COCO — 8 POUNDS OF PURE LOVE! ❤️🐾 We would love to introduce you to Coco, a sweet little boy estimated to be 5–7 years old. Coco was found running along a canal in absolutely heartbreaking condition. His fur was so badly matted that we had to shave him right down to his skin! We believe he’ll eventually have a beautiful white and brown coat, and he appears to be a Poodle mix. Coco also came to us with terrible dental disease. Neuter and dental completed Despite everything he’s been through, Coco LOVES everybody! He’s doing wonderfully with potty training, gets along with everyone, and doesn’t even chase the cats! 💕 What Coco needs most is HIS PERSON. He wants to be close to his humans, so we’re looking for a home where someone is around more often than not. Reed is an adorable 8-month-old Miniature Poodle who is just beginning to discover how wonderful life as a beloved pet can be. Reed came to us as a breeder release, so much of the outside world is still brand new to him. New places, new sounds, walking on a leash, living in a home... he has a whole new world to explore! He is looking for a patient, loving family who will give him the time and encouragement he needs to build confidence at his own pace. Reed is great with other dogs and people, although he can be a little shy when first meeting someone. Once he realizes he's safe, his sweet personality begins to peek through. Having another friendly, confident dog in the home could be a wonderful example for him as he learns the ropes. At only 8 months old, Reed has so much ahead of him. He just needs someone willing to show him that being a pet means soft beds, yummy treats, adventures, belly rubs, and a family who loves you forever. Comet the mini aussiedoodle came to us as a breeder release, which means life as a family pet is all brand new to him. He is learning about the world outside of a kennel setting and will need a patient, understanding home that is willing to give him time to adjust and build confidence at his own pace. He will do best with routine, gentle guidance, and positive reinforcement. While initially shy or unsure in new situations, his personality continues to shine more each day. Many breeder-release dogs thrive in homes with another friendly, confident dog to help show them the ropes. He is crate trained, does well with other dogs, but is not confident with leash skills. He is not a “plug-and-play” dog and will need time to decompress, but with consistency and love, he will become incredibly loyal and affectionate. He has already come a long way and enjoys being a lap buddy. Adopters should understand that adjustment can take several weeks or longer, and moments of insecurity or hesitation are normal during this transition. Comet is a sweet boy who loves to play and receive love. *** Comet has a birth defect on one of his eyes which makes it look cloudy.  It does not bother him and does not require any specialized care.
