Selena is a sweet 5-year-old Poodle weighing about 12 pounds, and she has so much love and joy to give! She may be small, but she has a fun personality and plenty of playful energy. She loves her zoomies, but she never wanders far from her person. Her favorite place in the world is right beside her human, soaking up attention and enjoying a good snuggle.Selena is crate trained and sleeps quietly in her crate. She is still working on potty training and leash walking, so her forever family will need to be patient and willing to continue helping her build confidence and good habits. She is intelligent, curious, and eager to learn when she feels safe and supported.Selena does best with the companionship of another dog, although her favorite companions are her people. Having a confident canine friend in her forever home will help her feel secure and give her the companionship she needs.Like many Poodles, Selena will need regular professional grooming to keep her coat healthy and comfortable, as well as regular dental cleanings and ongoing dental care. Her adopter should be prepared to make these important parts of her lifelong care routine.Selena is looking for someone who understands that the best things take time. With patience, consistency, love, and plenty of snuggles, she has the potential to become an incredibly devoted little companion.Selena has so much love waiting to be shared. Once he trust you and is one of his pack, he will love and protect you. He needs a yard to run and play in. An owner who has time to play and walk him. Also someone who will have patience with him. He has only been with his adoptive sister, Pee Wee. He is good with and likes to playfully sneak attack her. He is good with kids he knows.
