Story
Animal Profile: Ramen is an estimated 5 year old, 15 lb neutered male miniature poodle who was a hot mess when he was pulled from the Carson shelter. He was at risk due to overcrowding at the shelter but assessed to be friendly with people and dogs. We will share more about him as we get to know him in foster care.  Foster Update: Ramen is a cool little cup of noodles! He has been a quick study in foster care and is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on leash. He loves to work and train and is very smart. He was recently introduced to odor detection work and his trainer said he was a natural. He catches on to new commands quickly and would love someone to work with. Ramen would do best in an adult only household. He sometimes takes time to warm up to strangers and he is more trusting of female companions. He has shown a tendency to resource guard when it comes to removing high value toys from his possession, but his trainer is working on tackling that behavior. Ramen is dog friendly, and would be best matched with a similar sized female dog his age. Ramen has had a lot of interest from families wanting a lap dog; he prefers to show affection through play and is not a couch potato. Ramen needs an owner comfortable addressing his guarding behaviors, willing to continue exercising his body and his mind, and able to commit to regular grooming. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. Ramen's adoption also includes take home training and support from Nirvana K9 Training. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.   Apply online at  www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: Ramen was surrendered to Carson city shelter and transported to Dog Gone Seattle via Wiggle Butts arriving to foster care on 5/19/24; he is available for adoption in the greater Seattle area. November 13, 2025, 6:58 pm

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 💎 Meet Crystal – A Delicate Gem Ready to Shine 💎 At 3 years old and 26 pounds, Crystal is a soft-hearted sweetheart who’s still learning that the world can be kind. Coming from a hoarding situation, she’s understandably shy with new people and experiences. What she needs most isn’t fancy or flashy—it’s patience, gentleness, and time to let her true sparkle emerge. Like her name, Crystal is something rare and beautiful. With a little warmth and a lot of love, she’ll transform from a fragile gem into a radiant, trusting treasure. She’s already showing her softer side (literally)—she’s discovered a deep appreciation for all things cozy: soft blankets, soft pillows, and soft beds. She’s decided that comfort is, in fact, the cat's meow...err, the dog’s bark! 🐾 Crystal does wonderfully with other dogs and would do best having a confident 4 legged sibling to help her fit in and feel comfortable. But cats? Yeah, that’s gonna be a ‘nope’ from her — she prefers friends who bark back She would also do best in a quieter home with no small kiddos, where her person was retired or works from home. Crystal doesn’t ask for much—just a safe home where she can finally rest, heal, and learn that love doesn’t have to be scary. Once she trusts you, her affection shines through like sunlight through glass—steady, warm, and endlessly pure. She’ll reward your patience tenfold with quiet love, loyalty, and those gentle tail wags that mean everything. If you’re the kind of person who believes that the best treasures take time to reveal their beauty, Crystal is waiting for you. 💖 ✨ Apply today at haydudeequine.org and help this hidden gem find her forever sparkle. ✨

Story
Animal Profile: Solei was rescued as one of nine dogs found abandoned in a field in Perris, California. She’s ready to start a new chapter with a family who will give her the love and patience she deserves. Foster Update: Have you ever met a tiny poodle with the presence of a wolfhound? Let us introduce you to Solei, a teacup pup who is full of barkour energy and big dog confidence. Solei is incredibly smart and learns quickly. She already knows sit, down, wait, tap touch, up and off. When she first arrived from California she was quite reactive, but she has made wonderful progress on her walks and continues to improve. She is also learning to ring the bell when she needs to use the bathroom! Do not let her curly coat fool you. She is no frufru dog. The PNW weather does not bother her at all and she is always ready for an adventure. Whether she is showing off her barkour talents or exploring with curiosity, she brings bright and joyful energy everywhere she goes. At home, Solei’s sweet nature shines. She is an affectionate snuggler, loves to relax in your lap, brings toys for you to play with, and enjoys her car rides. She is spirited, clever, loving and truly wicked smart. Solei would do best in a home without young children and with someone who is committed to continuing her training. In return she will offer companionship, charm and endless love in a tiny package with a very big presence.  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.  Apply Online: www.DogGoneSeattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was rescued by Angels of Rawley Foundation in CA. She arrives in Seattle on 11/02/2025 via Wigglebutts transport and will be available for adoption once evaluated in foster care.  December 4, 2025, 7:31 pm
