Story
✨ Elphaba – From Dumpster to Dream Girl ✨ A Little Patience = A Lifetime of Love 💚 Meet Elphaba, a 1.5-year-old Ragdoll mix with a heart as big as her gorgeous, fluffy coat! You may remember her as one of the Pampers Kittens—rescued from a diaper box left by a dumpster. Her journey hasn’t been easy, but she’s worked so hard to overcome her fears, and now she’s ready to find her forever home. Elphaba is still learning to fully trust humans, so she’ll need a patient, cat-savvy adopter who can go at her pace. Once she feels safe, she transforms into a sweet, affectionate girl—rubbing against your legs, asking for pets, and leaning in for those magical bum scratches. 💫 Because new places can be overwhelming, Elphaba will need to start in a crate to help her adjust and feel secure. She also must have a confident, friendly cat in the home to show her the ropes and help her continue building trust. She’s all about feline friendship but would do best in a quiet, adult-only home without dogs. Elphaba is a shy but shining star just waiting for her moment. If you're the kind of person who finds joy in helping a cat truly bloom, this sweet girl will reward you with a love like no other. 💕 Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying! We do our best to keep bios updated as we learn more about each cat or as circumstances change. Story
Meet Ollie – The Handsome, Chatty Lovebug! 🐾 Say hello to Ollie, our big, fluffy Ragdoll boy with a heart as soft as his fur! This sweet guy is full of personality and ready to leave his past behind and start a brand new chapter—with you! 💙 Ollie spent the early part of his life as a breeding cat, but those days are officially behind him. Now, he’s discovering the joy of being a pampered pet and soaking up all the love and attention he can get. A few things to know about Ollie: ✨ He’s incredibly affectionate and vocal—he’ll chat with you all day if you let him! 🍽️ A total foodie—he will happily gobble up his meals and then try his best to convince you he hasn't been fed yet. 🧼 He’ll need regular grooming to keep his luxurious coat in tip-top shape. 🪥 He has some mild tartar, so he may need a dental cleaning in the future (but nothing urgent right now). 😺 Ollie gets along well with respectful cats and is okay with small, respectful dogs—we’re unsure how he’d do with bigger pups. Please note: We do not transport. Applicants outside of Rhode Island must provide a personal veterinary reference to be considered. 💰 Adoption Fee: $500 Ollie is more than ready to find his forever home—one filled with snuggles, chin scratches, and someone who doesn’t fall for his second-dinner scams! If you’re looking for a loving, chatty companion who will melt your heart, Ollie might just be your perfect match. Apply to adopt this big sweetheart today! 🐾 Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying! We do our best to keep bios updated as we learn more about each cat or as circumstances change. Story
Meet Wyatt – Beautiful, Bold, and Not Your Snuggly Lap Cat Let’s be blunt—Wyatt is not your typical “adopt me and love me” kind of cat. This 2-year-old ragdoll mix may look like a soft, fluffy dream, but if you’re expecting purrs and cuddles, you’re in for a reality check. Wyatt is independent, opinionated, and makes her boundaries known loud and clear. She came to us as part of a litter of unsocialized kittens—crammed into a Pampers box and left to survive on their own. While some of her siblings have softened with time, Wyatt still lives life on her terms. She doesn’t want to be picked up. She doesn’t want to be pet just because you want to pet her. If she wants attention, she’ll approach you—and if she doesn’t, you’d better respect her space. Wyatt is not mean. She’s not broken. She’s just Wyatt—a cat who requires patience, space, and someone who truly understands feline behavior. She will only be considered for adoption into a quiet, adult-only home, and only with a cat-savvy adopter who knows what it means to earn a cat’s trust slowly—over weeks or even months. One thing Wyatt does love? Other cats. She must go to a home where she’ll have a friendly feline companion. She feels safer and more confident when other cats are around, and it’s a critical part of her continued growth. Wyatt is not a fit for homes with kids or anyone who expects instant affection. She needs someone who will appreciate her from across the room for as long as she needs. And if one day she decides to sit next to you? That moment will mean more than all the lap cats in the world. If you're the kind of person who finds joy in slow progress, in quiet companionship, and in earning trust on a cat’s timeline—not your own—Wyatt might just be the most rewarding cat you'll ever meet. But please: only apply if you're truly ready for the challenge and the commitment. Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying! We do our best to keep bios updated as we learn more about each cat or as circumstances change.
