Her estimated DOB is 7/30/25 and her intake weight was 14 lbs. She has grown to 28 lbs at 4.5 months old so she's putting on good weight. Meet the handsome Frankie. He is a 5-month-old (DOB 04/08/25), 10-pound, Rat Terrier/Chihuahua/Spaniel mixed pup with warm brown eyes (his mother Rosie is a Spaniel/Chi mix). He is shy but once he’s used to you, he is loving and attentive. Frankie is friendly with other GENTLE dogs and would do well in a home with an existing dog. He is afraid of bigger and rowdy dogs. His pregnant mom Rosie was rescued by a local groomer. He was born in her home and she found homes for the rest of his litter but Rosie and Frankie came to AFC. FOSTERING SAVES LIVES! He uses a doggie door to go outside to potty but may need some additional house training. He will need leash training when he is fully vaccinated. Percy is about 1 year old, he was given to us from a friend. Percy loves to fetch and go for walks. He does well on a leash and is all around a good boy. However, even though he is small and short he is very strong and energetic and doesn’t know his strength. He’s almost knocked me over a few times because he runs in between our feet. He did knock over my toddler and just wanted to play but my son now is afraid of him and it has been stressful. We wish Percy to be re-homed with someone that can match his energy.
