Story
PLEASE READ THE ANIMAL’S PROFILE AND ALL NOTES BELOW BEFORE APPLYING! Hi… my name is Buster. 🐾 I’m a 2-year-old Rat Terrier looking for a quiet forever home where I can feel safe and loved. I’m a gentle, laid-back boy who really enjoys the simple things in life—like relaxing near my person, taking cozy naps, and just being in the same room as you. I may not always be the center of attention, but I love quietly keeping you company. Being close to my human makes me feel happy and secure. I can be a little shy and skittish when I first meet new people, but if you give me a little time and patience, I warm up and show my sweet, loving side. Once I trust you, I really enjoy cuddling up and spending time together. Right now I’m still learning about things like collars and leashes, so I’ll need someone who is patient and willing to help me build confidence at my own pace. The good news is that I’m already potty trained and I’m a calm, easygoing companion at home. My perfect home would be a **quiet household with one to three people and no kids**, where I can relax and feel comfortable. A home with a **fenced yard** would be wonderful so I can safely explore while I continue learning about the world. A little word from my foster: *Buster just needs someone kind and patient. He’s a bit shy at first, but he loves napping with you and being close to his person.* If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion who will happily keep you company and share quiet moments together, I might be the perfect little buddy for you. I’d love to meet you. 💛 Adoption FEE: $250 which includes his neuter, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals. A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. You will be contacted by an Adoption Coordinator once your application has gone through the approval process. Please ONLY APPLY IF you are ready to commit to adoption. TO ADOPT, APPLY ONLINE: www.mercyfullprojects.org PLEASE NOTE: We do our best to supply all known information about each animal in their profile. If you have additional questions, you may send an inquiry email to adopt@mercyfullprojects.org to be answered at our earliest convenience. All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home. Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need. **Our companions MUST live in your home as part of your family. **We do not transport. **Review our website for more information.
