Jax is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows several commands—including sit, his name, “inside,” and “go lay down.”Jax is Camp Bow Wow certified and does well with both big and small dogs. He’s playful, friendly, and would thrive in a home with a fenced yard or an active person who can keep up with him. He’s never lived with cats, so a cat-free home may be best.Jax can be a little vocal and has earned the nickname “Mr. Grumbles,” but his grumbles are just part of his personality.If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate little companion with a big personality, Jax might be your guy!Jax is currently in foster care outside of the shelter. Sydney is such a sweet girl. She was so very nervous and scared when she was first rescued and has come such a long way, but still a shy pup. She now loves to snuggle under the covers next to her foster mom and follow her people around the house. She gets along great with other dogs, cats and kids and is already potty trained. She quickly becomes a Velcro dog & would do well with someone that is home most of the time. She is still scared by unexpected noises outside, so walking on a leash is important. Sydney needs a family that will give her a little time to trust and feel safe. She will repay your patience with her sweetness! Josie is a female chihuahua/rat terrier mix who was born about 1/2016. She is spayed, heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations. She is good with other dogs, cats and older kids. Josie came from a house with 9 other dogs that were in poor living conditions. Their owner was an elderly man who couldn’t care for them probably and he ended up in the hospital and then Josie and her friends needed a place to go. If you can give her a home email us.
