Story
Little Yeti came to us via another rescue as she and her sis Cherry were terrified in their facility as they have a lot of big dogs and they bark alot. Yeti is the more outgoing of the two girls that originally came out of a hoarding case in Texas we are told. She does take a bit to warm up and wants you to think she is a nipper. She has not bitten anyone but will act like she wants to. Because of my years of loving on small dogs that have never known love I can tell you she isn't mean. Just very insecure. She is the first to me after a few weeks here and loves to give kisses and have me hold her. This kid will need a very secure fenced in yard and someone that understands she will take a few days to warm up. She just needs to learn you mean her no harm and are there souly to give all the loves and all the treats. ##2186548##

Story
Phoebe is a definite Rat Terrier mix around 3-4 years of age. She was found running at large with little Rachel in Taney Co. Missouri. She is a little shy at first, but a super sweet girl. She does climb out of the pup pen that is 4ft tall so a secure yard for her to play in with a privacy fence would be great! She is a little alpha acting with other dogs, but does like their company. Active girl and super pretty too! She would make a great trail/walking partner and prefers women over men, but does warm up. ##1734559##

Story
Hello there, I’m Hot Dog! But you can call me Hot Digity if you’re feeling extra friendly. I’m a senior fella, 13 pounds, 15 years old, and I’m looking for a quiet, loving home where I can relax, snuggle, and be the good boy I am.I’ve had a bit of a rough start, coming from a hoarding situation, but I’m healthy and happy now, thanks to my wonderful foster mom. I’ve had a couple of surgeries recently—cherry eye surgery, a dental cleaning, and some extractions, but don’t worry, I’m feeling good! I eat soft food and small kibble just fine, and I’m pretty easy-going about it all.I may be an older guy, but I still enjoy meeting new people (humans, that is—I’m not too sure about other dogs, especially if they don’t understand my cute little grunt-growl when I’m getting all snuggly). My foster mom’s dogs don’t really get me, but I’m cool with other dogs as long as they’re respectful of my personal space. I like to take it easy, resting and enjoying my snuggles, but I do bark when someone unfamiliar comes by. That’s just my way of saying, “Hey, who’s there?”I’m crate trained and a good listener, very attentive to my foster mom’s requests. I’m still working on my potty training, but I’m making great progress. I walk well on a leash now, and I love to meet new humans. My foster mom says I’m a good dog and that she wishes we had more one-on-one time, but I’m happy with whatever I get, as long as I get my snuggles!I’m heartworm positive, and doing the slow kill method so it’s easier on me. I just want to live out my golden years in a clean, loving environment where I can feel safe and cherished. So, if you’re looking for a quiet companion who just wants to be your best friend, I might be the one for you. I’m ready for my second chance. Could you be my person?*My adoption fee is partially sponsored to help me find a loving forever home!*IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. Story
Jax is a 4-month-old, 12-pound Rat Terrier mix with the cutest little stubby tail — he was just born that way! His litter was born stray in a trailer park, and he’s the last one still looking for his forever home.Jax is a sweet, gentle soul who’s a little skittish at first, but once he warms up, he’ll be your shadow. He loves being near his people and craves attention, affection, and cuddles. He plays wonderfully with his foster siblings and enjoys soaking up the sun outside. He’s also just starting to discover the fun of toys!Jax is ready to trade in his rough start for a life full of love and belly rubs. Story
Say hello to Wishbone, a fun, happy pup who’s bursting with love, energy, and sweetness! This boy is seriously AMAZING! He adores everyone he meets and will be a perfect addition to an active family with kids and other dogs. Wishbone is a happy boy who enjoys giving hugs and kisses, playing in the yard and snuggling with his people and dog friends. He would do great with a younger, playful dog in his forever home so he has a buddy to play with. Don’t let the pictures deceive you, he’s a little guy at just 32 lbs and won’t get much bigger than that! He’s a perfect size; not too big, not too small! He’s a perfect friend to to take on adventures, curl up on the couch with you and snuggle up in your lap! Wishbone is housebroken and crate trained and does good on a leash. He will master commands with continued training, lots of praise and treats! Because of his energy level, it’s best he has a fenced yard so he has the freedom to run zoomies and burn off some energy safely. He’d also enjoy going for walks, hiking, even car rides to go to fun places! This happy, tail-wagging sweetheart will bring endless fun and love to your home! Story
Petey is a 6-8 year old probably deaf Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix. He showed up as a stray in a rural area. After a couple of weeks no owner was found so he came into rescue. He’s very sweet and playful once he gets to know you. He is not a lap dog, but he wants to be near you. Good with other dogs. Not sure about cats. Right now he weighs 10 lbs. Petey would love to find a family with a fenced back yard since he can‘t hear you calling him. A playmate dog sibling would be great too! Petey has some more vetting to go, but should be ready for adoption in April. If interested you can fill out an application on our website www.allpawsrescue.info and we can set up a meet and greet.  All pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and on a flea/tick preventative.  Cats are tested for FIV/FeLV and dogs are tested for heartworms. Adoption fee is $150 for cats and $200 for dogs. To meet this pet, please fill out a dog application or cat application.  Not able to adopt?  Inquire about fostering or sponsoring this pet.  For more information visit www.allpawsrescue.info.  March 31, 2025, 10:30 pm
