Story

Copper is the happiest boy. He is 18 months old. He loves people and dogs, and is very smart. He knows the commands sit, down, stay, bed, cage, "find it" (we will hide treats around the house or yard, and he will sniff them out). He is crate-trained (sleeps there at night, and stays in crate when we leave the house), and is very well house-trained. He loves visitors and gets pretty excited to greet new people. He is exceptionally patient with little toddlers. Our baby would lie on him, sit on him, hug his face, all the love, and Copper would just sit there and take it. Best fur boy! His rehoming fee includes his crate, food and water dishes, 2 favorite toys, leash, collar, food canister, food, and monthly pills (heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention) supply through June 2024.

Bonded duoThese boys just recently lost both their parents; the adult kids dont want them and said they have to go! The kind neighbor has been taking care of them but is on a time crunch before the house is closed down before the sale. Izzy!     DOB: 1/2022     Weight: 60lbs   Izzy is a young Redbone coonhound who just turned 2 years old this past December. Original owners got her from irresponsible breeder. She has all the characteristics of a Redbone, but doesn’t meet all the looks. Regardless, she is a very sweet dog and now in need of a new home. Izzy is both house and crate trained. Good with dogs of all sizes. But if they give her a bunch of crap, she won’t sit back and take it. Will chase cats for fun and try to get them to play. She doesn’t mean to hurt them but will bounce around and step on them, so no cats is best. Izzy is a bundle of energy and is not fit for the apartment life or an inactive person. She needs someone who can get her regular exercise and has plenty of space for her to run and get her zoomies out. No resource guarding issues. Loves her people and will throw herself into you for attention. She will plow over young kids and lick them to death, so older kids (10+) are preferred. Izzy knows how to sit and takes treats nicely. Curious about everything and always down for an adventure.   Her adoption fee is $175. That covers worming, vaccines, spay/neuter, heart worm test, and microchip.
