Story
EJ is a fun, young hound. He needs someone active, with a big outdoor life that will take him on adventures. He is affectionate and loyal to those who show him love. He would prefer to be the only dog as he doesn't like to share. He is not good with cats or other smaller animals or small people. He really wants to be a working dog.   For more info about EJ and our adoption process please enclose your phone number with your inquiry or call Jacki at 941-587-4612. November 2, 2024, 2:03 pm

Story
Currently located at our Evansville, IN location Calling all hound lovers—this one’s for you! Meet Mallard, a 48 lb male Treeing Walker Coonhound with a classic hound personality and a voice to match. Yes, he’s got that hound bay for days, and he wears it proudly. Mallard is sweet, curious, and very much a typical hound—always interested in what’s going on and ready to follow his nose. He does well with other dogs, but would prefer a home without feline companions. If you appreciate the charm, curiosity, and unmistakable soundtrack that comes with hounds, Mallard could be your perfect match. Apply at ITVrescue.org All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated, if necessary. ##2587220##
