Meet Corky! Corky is an almost 4 year old, approximately 40 pound Coon Hound mix pup, who is full of love, and always happy to meet other dogs and people, and eager to play and cuddle. He is great with children, dog friendly both in the home and on walks, and crate trained. A perfect day for this sweet, handsome boy includes exercise outside, lots of squeaky and chewy toys, play time, and lots of cuddles.
Corky's superpowers include being very intelligent, a fast learner, full body tail wagging, and clearly has mastered "puppy eyes. He responds very well to positive reinforcement and is comfortable at home being a part of your daily activities, or playing with the resident dog. Some of Corky's favorite things are his rope toy, squeaky balls and squirrel, and his dog puzzles.
If you're looking for a super sweet, lovable, medium size dog who is great with children and will climb into your lap when it's time to chill and cuddle, Corky will make the perfect companion and family member!
Corky is currently being fostered in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. His adoption fee is $425.
All of our animals come spayed or neutered, fully up to date on vaccinations, including rabies (if age appropriate) and Bordetella, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
