Story
Vada is currently in RI and is looking for a forever home! Vada is about 3 1/2 years old , 74 pounds, and beautiful! She is timid, but once she feels safe, her loving personality shines.  She loves being outside, sniffing around on a quiet walk, or just enjoying some fresh air. Give her a squeaker toy and you’ll see her playful side come to life!  Vada is looking for a family who understands that building trust takes time, but the reward is so worth it. Once she trusts you, she’ll be your loyal shadow and best friend.  Vada would do best in an adult-only or older-children home, with a patient adopter who understands nervous dogs, AND a calm, confident canine sibling who will help her feel secure and show her that new things aren’t so scary after all.  Vada has so much love to give! If you are interested in adopting this dog, please complete the adoption application at www.rhodehomerescue.org/adoption-form to become a pre-approved adopter. If you were already approved through Rhode Home Rescue within the last 6 months, contact us today! 🐾 Looking for Loving Homes for our Amazing Dog🐾 This is a very difficult decision for our family, but due to changes in our living situation, we are looking to rehome our dog. Our building is being sold and we cannot find a home that allows dogs, so we want to make sure he’ll go to safe, loving homes where he’ll get the time and attention they deserve. We’re focused on finding the best fit for him! 🐶 Max (Maximus) – Redbone Coonhound / Treeing Walker Hound / Boxer mix (almost 3 years old) Max is a big, lovable goofball who doesn’t quite realize his size. He loves to climb into your lap, give kisses, and wrap his paws around you like a hug. * Very affectionate and playful * High energy and does best with regular exercise * Once he’s gotten his energy out, he loves to relax and snuggle * Loves kids * Enjoys being outside, running, toys, and treats

Story
EJ is a fun, young hound. He needs someone active, with a big outdoor life that will take him on adventures. He is affectionate and loyal to those who show him love. He would prefer to be the only dog as he doesn't like to share. He is not good with cats or other smaller animals or small people. He really wants to be a working dog.   For more info about EJ and our adoption process please enclose your phone number with your inquiry or call Jacki at 941-587-4612. March 19, 2026, 12:17 am

Story
This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $250 if picked up in TN, $325 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. If loving people were an Olympic sport, Boone the six-month-old Redbone Coonhound mix would take home the gold every single time! This 40-pound bundle of red-coated enthusiasm is friendly, playful, and so genuinely thrilled to be near his people that he has been known to get so excited during a good petting session that he ends up underfoot on the leash walk. He means well, he just really loves you. Boone knows sit, is quiet and calm in his crate, crate trained when on a schedule and is currently working on his housetraining. He is a smart boy and with consistency he will get there. Squeaky toys are basically Boone's love language, and he is happiest when he has a good squeak toy in his mouth, a dog friend to play with, and a human nearby ready to deliver belly rubs on demand. He is good with other dogs and friendly with strangers, and would do best in a home without cats. Boone would thrive in an active home with a fenced yard where he can burn off that glorious puppy energy and then come inside for the snuggles he so deeply deserves. He is young, enthusiastic, healthy, and has an absolutely enormous amount of love to give. If you are ready for a joyful, affectionate, and squeaky-toy-obsessed hound boy to join your family, text AARF at 931-260-8018 or visit www.aarf-tn.com today! Meet this dog at Petco on Saturday, June 6th from 1-4 pm CST at Petco, 377 W. Jackson St #11 Cookeville, TN 38501.   Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. June 5, 2026, 4:24 pm
