Max is 4 years old. He is a Rhodesian ridgeback mix who has high energy and loves to go running. He loves to explore off leash when hiking. He does learn new things if you train him, such as shaking paws or catching snacks. He is actually a great watch/alert dog. All bark no bite. Strangers are scared of him when they see him barking but he has never harmed anyone if you are looking for that type of security. He is sweet and needs someone that can give him more time and energy (something we ended up not having eventually). He just wants to play and needs someone that can give him at attention.

Tucker is a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, he is roughly 9months old and 40 lbs. or so. He is of a gentle temperament as far as we can tell. He's never been aggressive towards my mom's little chorkie. We dont have kids at the house, just my mom and i. We adopted him from the local shelter; he had a day left before he would be euthanized; they said he was good during play time with the other dogs. He also shared a kennel with 2 other dogs. He really seems like a good dog overall. We've been working on simple manners (sit, stay, down etc.) We've also been training him to be in his crate at night and then taking him to the yard first thing in the morning to go potties. It seems like he's never had any real training. He jumps up on you as a greeting i guess, not so bad, except my mom has a rehabbed shattered hip and he's almost knocked her over a couple times. It seems he'd be best suited for someone with som dog experience (i have very little, other than watching Cesar Milan and Rocky Kanaka).
