Story
Cash is a 2-year old male dog that was surrendered by his loving family due to an unfortunate change in their ability to continue to care for and nurture their beloved dog. Cash is about 75 pounds. He is mellow and enjoys walks and playing with other dogs. He is used to big children; and due to his size and energy; I would not recommend them to a home with small or fragile people. It is unknown how they might be with cats. He gets along fine with our 18 lb dog & other dogs. I would prefer he is adopted by someone with experience with large dogs.

Her adoption fee is $35, plus licensing (if applicable). Reba is a female mixed breed dog (possibly Rhodesian Ridgeback or Black Mouth Cur). She is approximately three years old, and currently weighs 66 lbs. She was brought to our shelter on 8/26/25 after being found in Castro Valley. She hasn't been reclaimed by her previous person, so she's now looking for a new home! She has been vaccinated, and will be spayed and micro-chipped before going to her new home. Reba is a sweet but timid girl who we think would appreciate an adult-only home at this time.
