Bolt is a super sweet, loving, relaxed dog. She loves playing and going on walks. My work schedule has gotten very busy and I dont have time for her anymore. She is 4 years old. House trained and crate trained. She does well with other dogs but needs to be introduced calmly. She needs a fun loving house with someone with time to take care of her.

Theo is a great boy, just has a few issues that will require a stern adopter. He is friendly with dogs and people, but due to his nature, no small children. He has been through extensive training. He knows all obedience. www.playk9resuce.org The adoption fee for this pet covers the cost of care which may have been for several weeks or several months depending on the health and other needs. The fee also covers all vet bills during this time to ensure his/her health is improved or maintained and provides you with assurance that this dog has been well cared for while in our possession and evaluated to meet your home's needs. Included in this fee is also life- long training support provided by PLAY! K9 Academy located in Bradenton, FL as well as Life time microchip registration. When you adopt from a local shelter, you may not receive any medical history for this dog nor will you receive any behavioral history. We hope you understand that the minimal adoption fee we are asking is to continue our mission to rescue unwanted herding and working breeds from shelters/owners and get them adopted to their forever home.

Bronx is a 5-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with a big heart and an even bigger love for cuddles. He’s a sweet, loyal boy who truly bonds with his person and loves being close—whether that’s relaxing on the couch or playing with his favorite toys. He is fully house-trained and knows basic commands. Bronx does best in a home where someone is around often, as he thrives on companionship and attention. He’s happiest when he’s near his people. A fun little quirk, don’t turn on the stove, it makes him nervous and he’ll run off (lol), but it just adds to his personality. This has been a very difficult decision for me. Due to life changes and a demanding schedule, I’m no longer able to give Bronx the time and care he truly deserves. I want him in a home where he can get the love, consistency, and presence that makes him happiest. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion and can provide a stable, loving home, Bronx could be the perfect fit for you

She is available to foster to adopt while she waits to be spayed, which will be in the next few weeks. 🩷Syble, a 1.5-year-old sweetheart looking for her next loving home in either a foster or foster-to-adopt situation. Weighing about 44 pounds, she’s the perfect medium-sized companion with an adorable personality to match. Syble loves spending time outdoors, it’s truly her favorite place, and she would absolutely love a home with a large fenced-in backyard where she can safely explore and play. Because she enjoys being outside so much, she’s still working on having her listening ears on outdoors, but with a little consistency and patience, she’ll continue to improve! At home, Syble is mostly house-trained and has an easygoing nature. She plays gently, entertains herself with toys, and is second happiest when she’s near her people and will be your little shadow! 🩷She’s also an amazing cuddler who enjoys relaxing just as much as playing. After getting her zoomies out outside, she settles in nicely indoors and sleeps quietly through the night in her crate. Maggie is a high-energy girl with big opinions and even bigger zoomies. She can keep up with an active home, loves toys even more than treats, and is perfectly capable of entertaining herself when no one else can match her pace. She enjoys sniffing, exploring, and when excited her play style gets a little rowdy, so a home without little kids would be best. She`s a good walker but better with a harness, politely accepts treats, and while she may be a little sassy, she backs it up with plenty of kisses.
