Theo is a great boy, just has a few issues that will require a stern adopter. He is friendly with dogs and people, but due to his nature, no small children. He has been through extensive training. The fee also covers all vet bills during this time to ensure his/her health is improved or maintained and provides you with assurance that this dog has been well cared for while in our possession and evaluated to meet your home's needs. Included in this fee is also life- long training support provided by PLAY! K9 Academy located in Bradenton, FL as well as Life time microchip registration. When you adopt from a local shelter, you may not receive any medical history for this dog nor will you receive any behavioral history. I just love being close to my favorite humans, and there's nothing better than knowing we're spending time together! And did I mention I give hugs? Speaking of learning… I'm a pretty smart cookie! 🧠🐾 I already know some basic commands like sit, down, and stay, and I'm crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and house trained! Pretty impressive for a 5-month-old puppy, right? My foster says I pick up new things incredibly quickly. When they teach me something, I show improvement almost immediately, and I love learning from my furry foster siblings. I'm still young and have plenty more to learn, but I'm already off to an amazing start! I also have a naturally protective side. I'm a loyal boy who loves his people and enjoys being close to them. But underneath that watchful personality, I'm really just a big lover who wants affection, companionship, and someone to call my own. 💙 Now, there is one important thing you should know about me… I don't really enjoy being completely alone. I love having company, whether that's my favorite human or another dog. The good news is that I do wonderfully when my foster family leaves me at home with their other dogs! Having furry friends nearby helps me feel comfortable and relaxed. Because of this, my dream home would be with someone who works from home or a family with other dogs. I'd be especially happy having a friendly dog sibling to play with, learn from, and keep me company throughout the day. I haven't had the chance to spend time around children yet, so my future family would need to make sure introductions are gentle and supervised. I have a sweet, friendly personality, but I'm still learning about the world! My ideal home could be an apartment, townhome, or house, as long as I get plenty of exercise, attention, and companionship.
