Story
Spencer is a high-energy, affectionate dog looking for a loving forever home. He thrives in an environment where he has space to play, such as a yard, and a family or individual who can dedicate time to training and engagement. Spencer is house-trained, knows basic commands, and is fully vaccinated and neutered. While he is generally well-behaved, he does jump and occasionally dig, so an active and patient adopter would be ideal. If you are looking for a loyal, loving companion and can provide Spencer with the exercise and attention he needs, he would make a wonderful addition to your family.

Story
Meet Oswald, a gentle giant with a heart as big as his frame. This lovable fellow is believed to be a fun blend of Rhodesian Ridgeback and Great Dane, though it is his Ridgeback side that shines through most prominently. His coat boasts a striking red sable coloring, a rich blend of reddish- brown with distinctive black-tipped fur and a stunning face mask. Although he is a larger dog, Oswald exudes a certain grace that is a joy to watch. His eyes, large and inquisitive, reflect the kindness and intelligence that radiates from within. Oswald's affectionate nature is undeniable; he's quick to offer love and companionship to anyone and everyone he meets. While Oswald's size and exuberance may require a bit of understanding, especially with smaller children, his amiable nature makes him a wonderful companion for families with prior experience handling larger breeds. This delightful pup enjoys the companionship of other dogs, once they have been properly introduced. He has had some struggles with dog reactivity, but is doing great with training, and will only continue to improve with a consistent, patient, and strong owner. He has not spent much time inside around cats, but is comfortable seeing and walking near them while on outside. When it comes to care, Oswald is fine with a quiet day inside, but also loves to get out, whether it’s the beach or a local walking trail. On walks, he's a model of composure, walking wonderfully on leash and very responsive to corrections. In essence, Oswald is an absolute sweetheart just looking for his forever people. Story
Enzo is basically Scooby-Doo in real life, minus the mystery solving and plus a whole lot of goofy energy. This tall, floppy-eared Rhodesian Ridgeback mix lives every day like it’s the best day ever. He’s famous for his sideways zoomies, his “did he really just do that?” moments, and his uncanny ability to understand English. Tell him to grab the brush or a toy, and he’s on it. We’re still waiting for him to start answering back — and honestly, he looks like he’s thinking about it.Enzo loves other dogs, loves toys, loves playtime, and loves you. He’s a joyful, silly, affectionate goofball who turns normal days into comedy shows. If you want a dignified gentleman, Enzo says no thank you.If you want a hilarious best friend with a giant heart and even bigger zoomies, Enzo is your guy.

Story
Looking to rehome our sweet girl. She is 5 years old, we got her from her previous owner who had her since she was 8 weeks. She came from a multi dog home, she loves people and kids, I'm not sure how she is with toddlers. My neighbors have dogs and she gets along with them, however, she seems to be depressed when periods go without seeing them. We got her as a companion for my son but she bonded with me and I travel for work and this is affecting her. We have a large yard that is not fenced in and within two days of having her she knew her parameters and never leaves the yard. She loves to lay outside and is a bit of a couch potato. She will be truly missed by my family but she seems unhappy and as an animal lover, her happiness is more important than ours. We've never had any issue with her, other than the fact she will chase a cat. All of her shots were done last month, so she is up to date on everything. I feel it would be best if she was in a home with other dogs or family.

Story
Beth is estimated to be 3-4-year-old Catahoula mix with a heart as big as her love for walks and car rides, or simply just hanging out. She’s not just well-behaved—she’s exceptional. House-trained and respectful, Beth doesn’t need a kennel and walks beautifully on a leash, always matching your pace. She’s considerate, waiting patiently before going down the stairs until you’re ready to head down/up the stairs. Beth has shown no interest in the resident cat and has done well with the dogs she’s met, especially those who are calm and non-dominant her size or smaller. Beth has lived with a miniature schnauzer and a cat. They all lived in an RV together. Her teeth are in great shape, suggesting she’s still young, yet she has the demeanor of a well-trained mature dog. Beth is an absolute joy to be around and would make a fantastic companion for someone who can appreciate her gentle/chill nature and loving personality. Beth truly deserves a wonderful family who will cherish her as much as she’ll cherish them. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and well-mannered companion, Beth is the one for you! Email us at: adoptions@tlovrescue.org Apply to set up a meet and greet: http://tlovrescue.org/adoption-applications/ Thank you for your interest in Beth and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
