Story
Roscoe is a sweet young 17 month old boy found on the run from the same place Liberty came from, possibly a sibling in LA.  This boy is very shy and needs time to warm up but absolutely loves to snuggle, very gentle and calm.  He is afraid of loud noises.  Roscoe loves having furry friends and prefers to go outside or on walks with others.  This boy keeps his kennel clean.  He does well with kids, came from an area with other dogs but not a fan of cats.  Roscoe has arrived in NY to find his forever home.  His $475 adoption fee goes toward medical care including vaccines, microchip, neuter, foster care and transportation to NY.  If you would like to add Roscoe to your home, please fill out an adoption application. ##2291489##
